Classy hotel in het centrum van Madrid!

Het personeel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed, er was genoeg keuze! De kamer was mooi, en aan de ruime kant. Room service was goed. De locatie is heel goed, heel centraal. De lounge ziet er classy uit, en het gebouw is prachtig!

De kamer was aan de straatkant, maar met een boom ervoor, waardoor het zicht nihil was. Er zijn twee (dak)terrassen, maar die leken gesloten te zijn (in augustus).

Las habitaciones interiores en los pisos bajos tiene poca luz natural. Sin embargo nada Que haya afectado mi experiencia del hotel que fue muy buenas

Perfecta estadía.

Todo. Hermoso hotel, personal atentísimo, buenas habitaciones y desayuno y extraordinariamente bien ubicado, con una estación de metro a unos pasos a la que llegan tres líneas que permiten llegar a cualquier punto de Madrid, incluido su aeropuerto.

Verder was het een fijn en mooi hotel!!

De lokatie is ideaal. Je stapt met de metro voor het hotel uit. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum. De prijs is goed in verhouding met wat je krijgt.

Helaas waren de rolgordijnen stuk waardoor ze niet openbleven staan. De gordijnen waren ook stuk (los van de rail) waardoor ook niet helemaal dicht kon.

J’ai aimé le bâtiment, la chambre, l espace sous plafond.

Le ménage entre les différents jours de mon séjour. Pas génial. Un personnel peu chaleureux

La habitación amplia y cómoda. Buena localización al lado del metro.

Desde la entrada hasta los ascensores hay que subir unas pocas escaleras.

Very good

Location was perfect right next to the metro. Lovely places to eat and drink nearby. Hotel bar is a bonus. Staff friendly. Very appealing hotel inside and out.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable we've slept in. Very little natural light but the room and bathroom itself is very stylish.

This was a beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean and extremely functional. The bathroom was spacious and shower amenities were provided. We really liked the balcony opening out into the plaza, it was a nice view. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. Location was great as the subway stop is a 2 minute away.

Two nights in Madrid

Attractive exterior and modern atrium breakfast room. Easy ac cess to metro. Pleasant staff were helpful but a little reserved perhaps because they were behind a desk and not fully fluent in English. Waiter was attentive at breakfast.

Front door has no handle so you just push it open. Not obvious and luckily someone came out so we skipped in. Breakfast offers a good range of cold meats, cheese and fruit to add to cereals or yoghurt. Hot option is fairly basic. Bathroom is large and well fitted but no storage or shelf space. Couldn't get rain shower to work. Lots of grab handles for elderly.

Flinchy bed, the paint was peeling, weird layout, no elevator from reception to main floor

Excellent breakfast. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Gym could be bigger and better equipped. Would like tea/coffee facilities in the room. Rooms quite small and very warm - then got too cold even with AC on its lowest setting

Perfect and comfortable stay

Staff is super welcoming. The hotel is in the city center so makes it easy to navigate. Room was big and very clean, well furnished with all necessary facilities.

Nice stay in central Madrid

Spacious room, great location, beautiful exterior of the building

The room was a bit time-worn, and it was lacking essential things such as a toilet brush. The terrace is pretty small. In general, it looked to me more a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 one.

Great stay. I can absolutely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with a nice lounge bar and terrace. Quiet and spacious rooms.

The floor in our room was not properly cleaned. There was quite some dust under the bed and in some corners.
