Closer to many subway lines. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Closer to Tokyo Station.

Rooms are bit smaller. Hard to open the luggage.

The hotel was clean, served good food, and was conveniently located near shops and train stations, making travel easy.

Great hotel on great location

We had a great stay. The hotel is located literally next to JR station and 7-eleven, also 5 minutes away from metro stations. Staff was polite, always friendly, Okura at the reception was really helpful. The rooms was cleaned everyday. Also there’s a washing machine room, where you can wash your clothes for few ¥. At the reception you can find some spare robes, toothbrush, combs, razors.

We stayed for quite long period and I would’ve loved a room with a view. Another thing is maybe some different choices for the breakfast. Overall we loved our stay.

Soggiorno perfetto per le nostre aspettative e prezzo imbattibile.

Ottima e abbondante colazione internazionale. Staff ideale per ogni necessità: gentile, premuroso e attento. Stanza un po angustiante ma si sa .....è del Giappone. Asciugamani e kimono a disposizione ogni sera. Pulizia e sistemazione prevista ogni giorno. Per non averla lo devi comunicare alla reception. Posizione quasi perfetta. Molto vicino a Stazione Ueno (4 fermate). Tokyo Metro circa 10min a piedi. Metrò JR sotto l'albergo se possiedi l'apposito abbonamento. Noi abbiamo usato solo il Tokyo metrò. Poche strutture commerciali e di ristorazione intorno. E meglio cenare prima e poi ritornare in albergo.

Il letto il bagno e la camera sono piccole.

Minuscolo hotel ben posizionato

L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione a 20 minuti a piedi da Akihabara, non lontano dal Palazzo Imperiale e dal quartiere di Asakusa e il Tempio Senso-ji. Buona l'opportunità di avere nella (piccola) hall prodotti per il bagno a disposizione e soprattutto caffè, tea, dispenser con acqua fresca e limone da poter consumare nella sala colazione dalle 10 am fino a tarda sera. Nelle camere vi sono spray anti odore, calzascarpe, torcia per la notte.

Le stanze sono eccessivamente piccole al punto che non è possibile in alcun modo tenere due valigie grandi aperte contemporaneamente (già una sola valigia aperta creava non poche difficoltà), inoltre non c'è alcun armadio per poter appendere vestiti. Letto alla francese. Il bagno è minuscolo anche se abbondantemente fornito di dispenser per il bagnoschiuma, lo shampoo, il balsamo e sapone mani/viso. La colazione è molto basilare, pochissima scelta di cibi dolci stile italiano e di qualità medio-bassa. L'hotel va bene per una o due notti al massimo

Thank you for looking after my family during our stay! Overall staffs are valuable helpful-friendl

The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The room and bathroom was clean. Our beds were made and new bath towels were provided daily. The breakfast and staffs who manage the food were kind looking after everyone in the morning. Overall our family enjoyed our stay and will stay there again in the future visit. Thank you!

There was one lady on the desk that I’ve encountered there that stood out when I tried consulted her with questions on options to extend my stay for another day. She seems like she wasn’t care for my business by her reply to my inquiry. I’m happy to take my family to another hotel near by instead. I thank her anyway for her time talking to me.

Buena ubicación pero habitación pequeña

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación porque se encuentra al lado de una entrada de metro, y también tienes otras entradas de metro bastante cerca, puedes ir caminando hasta Ryogoku. Tiene un 7-eleven debajo del hotel y un family market cerca. Nosotros cogimos el desayuno, que nos gustó aunque nos faltó un poco más de variedad en el mismo. También puedes usar la estancia del desayuno en otros horarios, para comer tu propia comida, leer etc, beber agua, café o té gratis. Te dan toallas limpias todos los días para que puedas cambiarlas, gel, champú y crema, cepillo y pasta de dientes.

Aunque sabíamos con antelación que la habitación era pequeña eso fue lo que menos nos gustó, ya que la habitación tiene un escritorio y una silla que no necesitábamos, lo que nos quitaba bastante espacio. Y tuvimos que hacer un tetris para tener espacio para las dos maletas grandes que llevábamos, y mantenerlas abiertas durante nuestra estancia debido a que las habitaciones no tienen armario. El baño también era bastante pequeño (nos daba la sensación de que se movía como un barco cuando estábamos en el baño, quizás fuera porque estábamos en la planta 11 o encima del metro). Pero bueno casi todos los alojamientos en Tokio son más caros que en otros sitios de Japón, y las habitaciones de los hoteles más económicos suelen ser pequeñas, y solo lo queríamos para dormir, no para pasar el día. Lo único que la disposición de la habitación es un poco incómoda con el escritorio tan grande, si no le vas a dar uso pues te quita espacio para moverte y colocar las maletas. Tener en cuenta que si vas a usar el ascensor a la hora del desayuno, tardarás en subir/bajar debido a que se irá parando en casi todas las plantas del hotel.

Very good location and nice personal.

The location was excellent. Two main subway lines that we used to reach every other locations we needed. Green Line's entrance were just under the first floor of the building (no noise, just perfect). There is also 7-eleven which helped us a lot. The Asakusa red line were just in 5 min walk. So we could use subway to go anywhere. For those who arrive to Narita Airport. We used JR Rapid train (paid it with SUICA on apple wallet) and went directly to Bakurocho station (it is just under hotel, so you go Narita - Bakurocho and exit B4 - voila you're at the hotel's doors). Akihabara Electric Town in just 15 min walk. The room was tiny, but clean and they cleaned it every day. Breakfast time was 6:30-9:30. But if you go there by 9 am expect it very crowded. So about 7:30-8:00 is just fine. Google showed me that Asakusa red line goes to Narita on our way back, but it was false. So use the other route or ask around.

Bit tiny room and crowd at the breakfast, but it's managable, so good in general.

Het ontbijt was heel goed, ze hadden veel keuze. De locatie was ook top! Middenin de winkelstraat.

We hadden de auto er al wat eerder neergezet. Dit was verder prima. Bleek dat ze wel heel veel extra hiervoor moesten bestelen en dit was niet verteld. Uiteindelijk hing het wel op een poster ergens maar de man die ons eerst hielp vertelde alleen het bedrag voor de overnachting en niet voor de extra kosten van het vroeg parkeren.

Buen hotel

Considerando que tokyo puede ser muy complejo encontrar un hotel bien ubicado, comodo y a buen precio este fue un hallazgo. La ciudad esta hecha para moverse en subte a todos lados y tiene una estacion debajo. Tambien un seven eleven para sacarte de apuros. El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudaron a enviar las valijas a nuestro siguiente destino. El desayuno es correcto sin mucho lujo

Como la mayoria de los hoteles en tokyo y en japon la habitacion y baño son chicos. A distancia caminando no hay mucho que recorrer

服務員的態度很好

房間實在太細了，開了行李箱後差不多沒有地方行走；另食早餐的餐廳也十分擠迫，不能好好享受早餐！位置不錯，可惜車站上來沒有行人電梯配合，拿著行李實在很不方便！

Alojamiento correcto para pocas noches

El desayuno de buffet es lo que mas nos gusto. La ubicación muy bien ya que hay justo al lado una estacion de JR

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas. En ningun sitio de la habitacion se podia abrir la maleta salvo encima de la cama.

馬喰町駅のすぐ上なのでとても便利でした。あまり新しい設備ではありませんが、清潔に保たれていて良かったです。

許せない程ではありませんが、狭い部屋です。寝間着は、準備してくれていますが、サイズが一種類しかなかったので、背の高い人は足元がスカスカして寒いと思います。

不満ではないが満足もしていない。

朝食が美味しいという評価が多かったので期待していましたが、残念でした。洋食派の人向け。和食用のおかずがなかった。

チェックインとチェックアウトは機械でできますが、フロントに人がいるのに何の説明もなく、ウエルカムドリンクも飲みそこねました。ヘアブラシ、化粧水などがなく、不便だと感じました。

Nice hotel with good price and good breakfast included

The hotel is well located and the staff was super nice and helpful. Also we loved the breakfast. I’m vegetarian and I was able to eat a lot things there.

Un bon endroit juste pour dormir

Le lit est confortable, tout est propre et le personnel est agréable.

C'est bruyant et la fenêtre donnait sur le mur du bâtiment d'en face donc aucun soleil. Le petit déj c'est vraiment du dépannage car pas de choix et pas bon.

Ganz in Ordnung

Makellos sauber, gute Anbindung an Zug und Metro, hat alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht, sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal.

Zimmer sehr klein, unbequeme Kissen, laute Klimaanlage, Personal spricht gar kein Englisch, Frühstücksraum zu fast jeder Uhrzeit total überfüllt, Auswahl eher mau.
