Me gustó la ubicación, la vista y el personal muy amable.

No pude relajarme tanto en el spa, porque habían muchos niños pequeños que gritaban y se tiraban piqueros.

Una estadía corta y justa !

La ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno razonable con una excelente vista, el baño muy bueno y amplio, la habitación media justa y desactualizada

El estacionamiento muy chico, fue asi que me chocaron el vehículo alquilado y nunca pude saber quien fue.

Poca delicadeza de las camareras.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, el señor que recibe a los pasajeros muy amable. Las instalaciones muy limpias.

El desayuno es bueno, pero el personal es espantoso. Comienzan a retirar todo antes de que la gente termine de desayunar, comienzan a limpiar y barrer cuando aún hay pasajeros desayunando, a modo de presión para que uno se vaya pronto. Ninguna delicadeza con el pasajero, quien quiere disfrutar y comer tranquilo. Nos pasó lo mismo los 4 días que alojamos ahí.

Struttura datata, ma molto accogliente e con iuna vista stupenda. Posizione ottimale per godersi il centro di Castro senza dover usare l'auto. La colazione è più che soddisfacente e il personale diurno gentile e professionale.

La colazione dalle 8.00 la domenica. La reception per il check-out non prima delle 8.00 la domenica. Il pos per i pagamenti non abilitato al pin e la difficoltà a saldare eventualmente il conto in contanti.

Excelente atención, buen desayuno, habitaciones limpias, comidas en el restaurant muy ricas. La ubicación.

Entiendo que por la Pandemia el Hotel esté falto de mantención en lo que respecta a pintura, no es que no me haya gustado, pero puede mejorar. La iluminación muy baja.

Buen desayuno. Un día cenamos en hotel y comida estaba muy buena y a un precio razonable. Buena vista de la habitación.

Habitación pequeña, muy antigua en general, especialmente el baño. Toallas muy viejas. No hay ascensor en esa parte del hotel. En la noche, ladraban perros del vecindario.

La calefacción en la habitación fue excelente. Afuera con lluvia y viento, y nosotros en la habitación de polera y pantalones cortos. El desayuno es bueno y variado. Me encantó la vista (sector nuevo del hotel). Mejor relación precio calidad.

El sector es céntrico y, en general, seguro pero no me gustó encontrarme con personas bebiendo en o pidiendo dinero en las calles cercanas al hotel. Quizá es algo propio del centro de una ciudad.

This hotel is something of a landmark, loved by architects for its striking design. The public areas are indeed impressive, with wonderful views over the bay (rain and mist permitting). Staff were friendly and helpful, and there is onsite parking.

Sadly, our room (in the original building) didn't really match this standard, being very plain and basic, with depressing decor. It was clean, with a reasonably comfortable bed, but not somewhere you'd want to spend time other than for sleeping. The plumbing was also rather unpredictable, with our shower swinging between cold and scalding for no apparent reason. The breakfast was ok, if rather unexciting.

bad Communication and poor service

we couldn’t stay at the property- the only reason to stay it was to spend the afternoon at the Spa (heating pool) and it’s was closed. They didn’t tell anything until we arrived. it’s was so disappointed. We cancel and book another place- it’s was so much better! thanks for nothing-

Very nice hotel at good value in central location

the location is very good, staff very helpful and most spoke English, breakfast good and plenty and it has a nice clean spa with free use of sauna, hot tub (outside which is lovely) and steam room and pool. My room in the old building at 4th floor had a nice view to the sea.

Sadly that room also was extremely noisy at night as there was a dicso/bar across the street, the dogs barked all night and the birds also never stopped ha ha...the room is quite 'tired' from the furniture and needs renovation. had two beds but they were both very small and not great. Staff offered a room on second floor for more quiet but then I would sacrifice the nice views...
