Если бы не общие санузлы, этот хостел вполне можно назвать отелем.Отличное соотношение цены/качества

Отличное расположение в центре города, чистота, есть кухня со всем необходимым, безконтактное заселение.

Нормальний варіант, якщо ви не плануєте приймати душ

Прекрасне розташування, в самому центрі міста. Ми приїхали зранку, і адміністратор погодилась заселили нас раніше. Потужний сигнал Wi-Fi. В готелі можна взяти карту та путівник по місту.

Мені не вдалося прийняти душ зранку, бо не було гарячої води. Ліжко в номері дуже сильно скрипить. В день виїзду нам треба було залишити рюкзаки до вечора, але адміністратор сказав що це неможливо. Це дивно, бо майже в усіх готелях така опція доступна

perfect for a short stay

amazing location! clean rooms and modern bathrooms. easy check in/out process. includes a communal area with basic cooking facilities if needed. I’d happily stay here again.

This wasn’t an issue for me however others should be aware the front desk isn’t monitored 24/7 as stated in the description. this being said, the self check in process is really easy. I didn’t really see anyone else while I was there, so if you’re wanting to make friends a hotel may be better set up for that.

The best thing about this place was the location! We were close to everything in Zagreb. Restaurants, markets, cathedral, and main shopping area! I really think it's a great deal for the money and the beds were comfortable. Also very easy to get the team there.

New rooms n nice location

It is neat, Clean n new. You don't see any staff but they usually respond well to messages. Location is nice. Near the city center and not too far from the train station.

I'll Definitely Return

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hostel Kaptol during my visit to Zagreb, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything exceeded my expectations! First and foremost, the location of the hostel is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Zagreb, in the historic Kaptol neighborhood, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city's main attractions. As for the room, it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hostel's free Wi-Fi access was a huge plus, and it made it easy for me to stay connected during my work and travel. The staff at Hostel Kaptol were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I can confidently say that Hostel Kaptol provided the perfect base for my time in Zagreb. I highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a top-notch hostel experience. Whether you're a solo adventurer or traveling with friends, this hostel will not disappoint. I give it a well-deserved 10 out of 10 and would undoubtedly stay here again on my next trip to Zagreb!

Good

We where in this hotel twice within one week. First stay was perfect but second not so good, so I can say that it depends in which room you are.

If you stay in the room 8, you are not able to open the window because next to it there is a restaurant fan and you feel the smells from the kitchen. Also in the common bathroom there was no soap/shower gel. If other guests are noisy, you hear all of it.

Perfect location in Center and still quiet

super awesome location right at the Center and totally quiet. the keys system is amazing so check in time is not an issue. also the facilities are cool. for the price is definitely worth it.

excellent, will be my choice when I come to Zagreb again!

love it so much! very clean, spacious and great location at the heart of the city centre. the staffs are also friendly and helpful. simple breakfast is provided and they have a lot of leaflets and travelling guide books in various language (korean, japanese, etc…) worth every penny spent!!

the bathroom has automatic sensor for the light (which i’m not sure if it’s triggered by movements or sound), it’s a good alternative to save the electricity #savetheearth! however when it’s turn off for a moment it could be a bit of panicking situation! and i’m not sure how to turn it on again (i tried various tries), so i just had to wait for it to turn on again (which doesn’t take too long, but still…) maybe it’ll be better if they improve this system (:

A reasonably priced hostel in an excellent location

We were in a triple room with ensuite bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent location opposite the cathedral which is very safe an secure. We enjoyed hearing the bells of the cathedral ringing . The breakfast provided (cereal, coffee and bread and jam) was simple but adequate and the homemade bread was very nice. The shared kitchen area was useful. For a hostel it was quite good and very reasonably priced. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. It is also near the market and teams are nearby.

Although generally the room and bathroom were clean, the shower tray showed rust and mould, which was off-putting, and there was a musty smell in the bathroom. Individual bedside lights were not working.

Near the cathedral and the farmer's market, excellent centric location. Spacious room and common spaces. They let us left our luggage until the bus departed, after checking out the room.

The bathrooms are OK, but they need a bit more attention. The shower door is broken in one of them which means that the bathroom floods when somebody takes a shower. The con of the good location near the cathedral are the ringing bells every half and hour. They can be quite loud but it is not fault of the hostel, though. Ear plugs solve the issue.

Great value for money. Superb location. I was only here for less than 24 hours but in that time could see that the Hostel is a great place to stay. Very clean, and pleasant Hostel. Breakfast next door was a nice little bonus. Basic but lovely setting opposite the Cathedral

Long hallway of rooms, in the middle and the end the toilets (like 4 or 5) and 2 bathrooms (as part of some of the toilets) - which gives you privacy feeling when you use them. Room is nice, good AC, the beds are ok.

No power outlet near the beds! It's 2022, and it is only under the desk in the other side of the room. The bathrooms not in good conditions, the stream is not equal, and it takes some time for the hot water to come out.

Nice location, nice staff, room was clean.

Disappointing breakfast- ended up not eating there, it was only cornflakes and bread. Sink needed plumbing. We ordered a double bed but got single beds because the original room was with bed bugs- we discovered it upon arrival.

Pleasant

The stuff was friendly and the hostel is located in the center of Zagreb. Very close to many tourist attractions. Nice living room. Breakfast from 8-10am was included.

The room was a little bit smelly but with open window OK. Unfortunately the door of the shower was broken so it was often very wet on the bathroom floor.
