Stay away from this hotel.It's a dirty & dodgy place

Everything in the hotel is disgusting and dodgy The hotel is very dirty and the staff are not nice . They will never reply to your messages and they have a very bad attitude. It was very hard to find the hotel, besides there was no sign to it . It looks dodgy and they wrote the name of the hotel on a piece of wood . You won't feel at peace there . There is a loud bar downstairs .

De locatie was geweldig, zo dicht bij de oude stad. Maar het hotel was ook boven verwachting prettig.

Great location but hotel needs renovating

The location was great and the staff were pleasant

The room especially the bathroom needs renovating. There were mould and black stuff in the shower The lighting in the room can be improved.

Located about 15 minute walk from Gare Lille Europe. Located close to Westfield Lille, Lots of restaurants and shops. Amazing staff and clean rooms.

L'hotel est très bien situé.

Il y avait un pull qui ne nous appartenait pas dans la chambre, la porte de la salle de bain avait beaucoup de mal à se fermer

Mi laden Loveur

J’ai mis une note de 10/10 mais avis fossé par la personne avec qui j’etait qui a embellis mon séjour, sinon le personnel a l’accueil trees sympa et très bonne emplacement.

Service de chambre qui rentre sans ton autorisation, qui force pour rentrer alors qu’il n’est même pas encore midi. Très envahissant. Les douches qui marche pas, les bruit de pas des voisins qu’on entend très fort, hôtel assez bruyant à certaines heures

Agréable pendant les mois moins chauds et pour un séjour court.

L'accueil était très agréable, professionnelle et serviable. La chambre bien aménagée, côté rue reste bruyante la nuit si les fenêtres restent ouvertes, pas de climatisation, mais vous pouvez demander un ventilateur! Petite sdb reste fonctionnelle, le grand lit se sépare en deux si on dort au milieux, et grince légèrement. A deux pas de la Gare Flandre et du centre ville animé.

Pas de climatisation et le bruit de la rue pendant la nuit si la fenêtre reste ouverte.

Just to lay down one’s head for the night.

Breakfast was not very fresh. Milk tasted off. Cheese was dry. Cold refrigerated eggs - not great.

Too many hallways like a maze and flights of steps to reach room. Very noisy outside. Had to open window to sleep as it was very hot and stuffy in the small room with no fan.

Very convenient to the station

The hotel was hard to find despite being so close to the station. I had read a lot about Greet hotels and was excited for my first experience, but the hotel had barely received any update from its former incarnation as hotel Calm. So I felt I paid extra for not much. The room was small and poorly insulated.

Noisy but decent enough

- very friendly and helpful staff - central location - decent enough room if you’re just there to sleep (comfortable bed, good shower)

- noise from neighbours partying was horrendous on one night in particular and had to complain to reception in the middle of the night. not the hotel’s fault but put a dampener on my experience because I couldn’t sleep - noise within the hotel is also loud at times - can hear people in neighbouring rooms walking and talking - bit shabby (but they’re renovating) and bathroom in the room smelled like drains
