Great place , great views with no flexibility

The house is a palace with an amazing garden and beautiful views in the middle of the nature. the bed are super comfortable and high quality

We were inaccurate with our estimated time of arrival due to underestimation of distances, and we didnt realize that there was a check in time limit at 21:30. Our fault until here. However we had and unacceptable response from the host, even threatening us to kick us out of the house if we arrived later than 23:00, even thought the night was paid upfront. It is the first time I see this in my life and I find it of an extreme lack of empathy for guests. A plan B should be put in place for guests checking in later, people are on holidays enjoying their time, not working on time schedules.

Perfect place to stay!

Phil was warm and welcoming. We had plenty of space to spread out and make ourselves at home. We loved the well-stocked kitchenette. The bed, pillows, and comforter were all very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

Everything was perfect.

Very intrusive disturbance by other guest unfortunately soured our stay

Good room and shared facilities. I am sure in normal circumstances it would be a lovely quiet location and good base.

Lack of good guidance on kitchen use. No instruction given for coffee machine-all guest couldn't make it work. A shared fridge/kitchen so assumed food/snacks not for our use. Lack of advice on local eateries etc. No local info or maps etc A shared lounge facility was taken over by one guest who slept very noisily on the sofa all night with considerable disturbance!

La cuisine est minimaliste et manque d'équipements (plaques électriques, four) et de plats.

Beautiful modern property. Everything had been built to a high standard. Shower was fabulous.

Location da favola, ma attenzione all'acqua calda

Bella struttura, in posizione isolata e panoramica con vista sul mare. Bella la camera e bagno nuovo. Non era prevista la colazione, ma lo sapevamo. Sarebbe stata una struttura da 9 ma abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda.

Alla sera è mancata l'acqua calda e non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia. Inoltre c'erano troppe porte che ostacolavano il passaggio tra la camera e il bagno.

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Ruhige Lage nahe des schönen Örtchens Kenmare. Wir hatten ein gemütliches Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und toller Aussicht auf die Kenmare Bay. Kenmare ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für den Ring of Kerry.

Chambre confortable avec une très belle vue avec salle de bain fonctionnelle. Un lieu commun est disponible avec quelques jeux. Logement à 5 min de Kenmare. Idéal pour un road trip.

Le petit déjeuner nous a manqué au vu du prix. Thé et café sont à disposition.

Cozy location to stay in Kenmare

Location was very beautiful, and Phil was a great host! It was a super great location for doing the Ring of Kerry, and was really quiet and peaceful. We loved the room and felt safe & comfortable.

Exceptional

What a special place! Located along a hill, just 10 mins away by car from Kenmare, you can wake up with a beautiful panorama and the sea below you! The rooms are small but nice, clean and cozy. A kitchenette is also available with some coffee and various tableware (not possible to cook, but you can use a take-away). There is also a reading/TV zone available for the guests. Outside a very nice garden with again a beautiful view! Perfect for those looking for a calm relaxing place.

Just WORTH IT - more than price i paid

The view from our room just amazing. I’ve never seen anything like this before in Ireland . For the money we paid - we got more than that. Will come back for sure . 1000% . Super cozy, modern decor, relaxing, beautiful atmosphere, even it was a bit far from Dublin. But WORTH IT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this amazing place !!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
