Un petit paradis 🤩

Tout était parfait dommage que l’on ne soit restés qu’une seule nuit , une semaine n’aurait pas été exagérée car entre les équipements, l’aménagement, le confort et surtout la vue à couper le souffle on ne s’en lasse pas. Le personnel adorable et très compétent. Bref un séjour inoubliable. Merci à tous.

Amazing and memorable stay.

We ended our backpacking trip in the villa at Koh Tao which was absolutely amazing. The villa was decorated so lovely and the view was incredible. I couldn’t recommended it more. The staff including Katin went above and beyond, we had a shuttle service included whenever we wanted to go anywhere which was great. I also left my swimming costume and Katin 💕 dropped this back off for me at our next hotel in Koh Tao. So thankful for her she was a credit to the villa.

We really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend to stay at this place on Koh Tao.

Our villa Saam is comfortable, spacious, has a stunning view over the sea. We stayed on Koh Tao for one week and never felt bored because there are many beaches to explore. Staff are very helpful. Katin gave us many good recommendations for restaurants. We got a croissant every morning. Housekeeping refill water, coffee pads, milk, and cornflakes everyday. Shuttle is provided during our stay. The driver brought us to the beaches/ city and picked us up back to villa. Just a perfect place to stay on Koh Tao. Definitely will go back there.

Great location with unique view and very well decorated, but room for improvement on some details.

Great friendly staff, amazing location and view and very well decorated villa. Unfortunately we were not completely satisfied with the extra bed, this was not comfortable at all and we even had to pay 1000 baht additional for 1 night for it. Towels had stains on it. I was missing the value for money proposition. The rest was nice, great breakfast service as well.

The additional bed was not comfortable at all. Invest in new beach towels, poor quality with many stains on 3 towels. No electricity between 12 and 2 pm, (late check out was appreciated by the way) therefore it was really hot without fan and airconditioning and no power to charge phones…

We had a really peaceful and relaxing stay, the villas are high end and the service was amazing :)

The villa was amazing, well designed and the view from the room and pool was just spectacular!! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and every little detail was taken in thought. The staff, especially Katin, were extremely kind and helpful. We used WhatsApp for our communication with her and everything we needed was taken care of right away.

Katin was wonderful in greeting us and showing us to our villa. She was very responsive to our questions and had great recommendations for restaurants and coordinated our driver. Our driver was great and was always on time and waiting for us. The villa was beautiful with a beautiful view and we loved the pastry delivery from the French Market every morning.

There wasn't much we didn't like but a few suggestions would be to have more hooks in bathroom and bedroom to hang wet bathing suits, the white pool tiles around the pool need refreshing and the white ceiling fan in main room needs cleaning. A floor fan would be great to have in the villa during the hot season as well.

Amazing view, lovely villa!

Loved our stay here! The view from the villa is absolutely breathtaking. There are three villa’s, so it’s small scaled and personal. Also, you have a lot of privacy. There is airconditioning in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room. If you like, you can order croissants, cinnamon rolls etc for breakfast with them. They offer free transportation with their driver. We rented our own scooter, but be aware that you have experience as the little road to the villa is very steep with bumps and some holes. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

a real wow experience from start to finish. we loved our 3 nights there and embraced the luxury the villa and the personal offered to us. Justyna, Greg, Katin and the driver were also friendly, helpful and offered services we did not expect (like croissant every morning and pick up services when we got lost hiking. if you are looking for a unique experience in Ko Tao this is the place to go!

Hosts were very helpful before my arrival and during my stay there. Shuttle was super helpful. Accommodations were as advertised. Great villa! Well decorated and maintained. Kitchen was well-stocked.

Wifi was a little bit spotty.

Don’t hesitate - just book it, you’ll love it

- everything!!! :) - very helpful owner and the staff - amazing views, close to the main area of Koh Tao - taxi service - perfect place to watch sunsets from your terrace - you will not a find better villa on Koh Tao (it is a bit pricey for the island, but definitely worth it)

Best place on earth

EVERYTHING was perfect!! The hosts were very considerate and friendly! They got us every morning freshly baked croissants and bread, they brought us everywhere on the island and came to our room on my girlfriend's birthday to congratulate her! We will definitely come back! We've never had such a great experience!

One of the best places I have stayed at. I would recommend it to anyone.

Everything. The host was super nice, responsive, and had amazing recommendations about everything - food, beaches, things to do, transportation and more. This by itself create such a good experience. The Villa itself was also just perfect. It is fully accessorized with everything you need, the view (and the fact it is fully visible from the pool) was unbelievable. The host also took us everywhere we wanted, we didn't have to pay for a taxi during our stay which didn't happen anywhere else. Long story short, one of the best places I stay at.

If you are visiting Koh Tao and have the chance to stay at these villas, it is a must !! We absolutely loved our time staying with these guys and definitely did not want to leave. The villa is beautiful with the most amazing view. The service provided by Bliss was next level, she made our trip to Thailand very special.

stunning view and interior design. Our hosts Justyna, Greg and team were amazing. Always helpful with reservations or insider information about best snorkeling or dinner places. We felt home, our best hosts ever!!! We were shuttled around every day, all included. What an amazing service

Best accommodation on the island

Greg and Justyna (the owners) were amazing. They were so friendly and made us feel like home. They also gave us very good tips for restaurants, beaches, snorkelling spots etc. They took really good care of us! The rest of the staff were very friendly as well and the cleaners did very good job. Villa (Phandara Song) was very clean, decorated with a great taste and there was a very beautiful view to Sairee beach. There was a large choice of refresments and snacks. Rooms were spacious and especially the living room was special and very comfy! The Villa stands at the high hill but I think that the location was not problem at all. We always got a ride to Sairee or anywhere we wanted to go. We also got a ride back to villa when we wanted. There's not too many villas so the area is super peaceful and quiet. It was super nice to relax and calm down after the busy days at the Sairee beach. When we were booking the accommodation, we were trying to find the best villa or hotel on the island. Phandara villa were totally the right choose! There's nothing I would change. We will definitely come back as soon as possible!

The Villa is very beautiful with the newest and finest facilities! The view is absolutely amazing! But the best part ist Bowy, the manager of the Villas! She is the best organizer for anything you desire! She will contact you even before your arrival to help you with any booking which was very important for us because we didn't book any in advance. You can reach her 24/7 and you get picked up by the transport service whenever you want. It was a really luxurious and wonderful stay for us! Thank you very much for everything!

Worth every penny!

Justyna and Gregory were the perfect hosts. They came to collect us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even organised a surprise massage and bottle of bubbly with my Sister for a xmas present. The view from the villas is spectacular. This is quite an expensive place to stay in Koh Tao but if you want an unforgettable experience then it’s worth every penny! We loved it!
