Gerne kommen wir wieder

Wir hatten den Family Bungalow, Größe und Lage waren perfekt. Lediglich ein Ventilator auf der Terrasse hat zum Vertreiben der Moskitos gefehlt. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, bis auf das Tagesbett und die Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse. Diese könnten mal eine Grundreinigung oder Austausch vertragen. Da mochte man sich nicht so gerne hinsetzen. Tolles Restaurant gehört zum Resort mit grandiosen Sonnenuntergangsblick.

Bis auf das genannte war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Stupendo!

Tutto! La struttura è posizionata strategicamente sulla via centrale di sairee Beach e una volta lasciati i bagagli non è nemmeno necessario un motorino (salvo uno voglia girare altre spiagge) per muoversi. Il personale è accogliente e attaccata alla struttura hanno il loro ristorante dove poter fare colazione, pranzo e cena. In ogni caso, sulla via principale ci sono molti locali! La nostra camera era grande, accogliente e pulita! Era presente un ricco kit tra cui spazzolini, crema corpo, shampoo e balsamo! La camera possiede Smart tv e aria condizionata! Grazie In Touch per questo soggiorno!

The location is great. We booked the family bungalow which was really beautiful and perfect for our needs. We would definitely return.

The staff are friendly but the service was slow.

Slechtste ervaring in Thailand

De ruime kamer met (half) zeezicht en de ruime badkamer.

Ik reis veel, maar zo'n tegenvaller heb ik nog nooit gemaakt. Het begon bij aankomst. In de beschrijving van het hotel staat 5 minuten lopen van de pier. Google Maps zegt 12 minuten! Onderweg ook een hele steile helling met een koffer is niet fijn! Bij het hotel aangekomen, niemand bij de receptie. Even gewacht en er kwam een gehaaste medewerker, geen glimlach of 'welkom' kon er vanaf. Paspoort please en betalen graag. Vervolgens mocht ik met meneer meelopen naar de kamer, Na 10 seconden was ik hem al kwijt, mijn kamer was op de 3 verdieping met trappen (oh de koffer moest ik zelf dragen natuurlijk), In tegenstelling tot alle andere hotels in Thailand is dit echt de meest slechtste ontvangst. Verder is het personeel in het restaurant ook niet het meest gastvrij en zitten de schoonmaakjongens de gehele dag onderaan de trap van het complex je in de gaten te houden. Spijt dat ik dit hotel heb geboekt, de gastvrijheid (zeker in verhouding tot wat je betaald) is hier heel ver te zoeken, het draait hier maar om 1 ding: geld binnen harken en wegwezen graag. Ik kan nog wel even doorgaan over dit hotel, maar 1 advies: niet boeken!

Прекрасный отель

ОЧЕНЬ просторный номер с огромной ванной комнатой! При отеле есть прекрасное кафе с очень приятными ценами и вкуснейшей едой и напитками! Само кафе и выход к морю выглядят очень живописно — они находятся в тени большого дерева, украшенного красивыми фонариками! Оживленная улица с различными заведениями находится по обе стороны от отеля. А еще тут на каждом шагу школы дайвинга, места для аренды байков Расположение отеля превосходное — нам потребовалось около 10 минут, чтобы дойти от пирса (вместе со всем нашим багажом)

Rundum tolles Hotel

Das Hotel ist super zentral, man kann alles gut erreichen.. die "walkingstreet" ist vor der Tür, sodass direkt Lokale, Bars, Shops,atms usw. Vor der Nase sind. Man geht aus dem Hotel ins dazugehörige Restaurant. Dort haben wir häufig etwas zu uns genommen - lecker und günstige Preise. Der Strand ist dann direkt vor der Tür. Durch die Bäume, kann man auch sich auch mal in den Schatten flüchten. Das Zimmer war super schön eingerichtet und riesig. das Bett mega bequem und alles war sauber. Das einzige was etwas nervig war, dass das Bad schnell warm wurde. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ging ohne Probleme, Safe war vorhanden und der Balkon war groß. Shampoo und Duschgel wurden nachgefüllt sowie täglich Wasser. Der Preis war vollkommen in Ordnung. Uns hat es total gut gefallen und würden immer wieder kommen.

Great hotel. Can’t wait to return.

Loved the location, the bungalow and the amenities. Very centrally located but still quiet. We learned to scuba dive at Koh Tao divers which was right next door.

Gute Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist zentral genug um alles wichtige auf der Insel zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist trotzdem so ruhig gelegen, dass man nicht vom "Stadt/ Party"-Lärm geweckt wird. Außerdem muss man die Dusche bzw. den Wasserdruck der Dusche positiv hervorheben. Das ist in Thailand keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Auch der Balkon unseres Zimmer war nutzbar und hatte eine gute Aussicht.

Unser Badezimmer war dauerhaft offen, da an der Außenwand keine Fenster sondern nur kleine Gitter waren, dadurch war es immer ziemlich warm und es herrschte eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Da die Natur in Koh Tao ziemlich laut ist und die Fenster nicht komplett geschlossen sind, hörte man die ganze Nacht ziemlich laut Grillen und sonstige Tiere.

Exceptional

Had a beautiful room, with a balcony over looking the beach less than 100meters away. The hotel staff came everyday to clean the room as you need and provided bottles of water. In Touch is in a nice quite area but walking distance to anything you need. When i come back to Koh Tao i will definitely stay at In Touch again.

A great stay in Koh Tao.

Great location and the room is big and comfortable. Very suitable for the divers as there’s a balcony for you to dry the gears. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner is not cold enough for a big room like this.

Family bungalow was excellent, lots of outside space and a simple but well-concieved design. Fabulous location and we will be back!

Despite the close location to the beach, we needed to be careful with our children when crossing the path because of the motorbikes. Obviously this is not the property's fault, but if our children were under 5 - I would be very careful.

Superb

We loved our stay at In Touch! The room was a great size, spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Very nicely kept garden area around the apartments. The location of the apartments is perfect, just a minutes walk to the beach and very close to all bars and restaurants. We ate in the In Touch restaurant accross the road on several occasions, the setting was amazing and food was great - particularly the Thai dishes. Would have loved to stay longer!

We would have liked if the air con was slightly cooler however this was not a major issue.

Perfect

Big well designed rooms, comfortable, clean, quiet. Right on walking street. Not the busiest party area but just close enough to plenty.

Little geckos pass under the doorway. Such is Thai island living :)

Location! And having the restaurant right on the beach. Front staff is awesome. Big room with nice bed, and plenty of space to put clothing away.

The cleaning wasn’t super deep…just ok. It would be nice to have a pool!

Amazing hotel

Amazing place! Right next to the beach. Rooms were big, comfy and clean. Staff was lovely. There was an in-house restaurant where you could get breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks at a reasonable price and everything was delicious!

1st stay in Koh Tao

The resort was the best we saw on the island for our price range. Good location for beach and the resort restaurant was great value & lovely food & staff. Room tidied, towels changed each day & water/tea/coffee replenished. Flexible with check in/check out times. 15 minute walk from pier.

Decent stay in Koh Tao for a family

Good place to stay at for a family. Room is nice. Friendly staff. Very good location.

Our sink for washing the hands did not work (water did not go down immediately) and it was never fixed despite us informing the staff two times. They just came and removed the cap but that didn't solve it completely. Not a biggie but an annoyance. Price was a bit high for what we got but it was also during high season. Our feeling is that breakfast should have been included in the price we paid. The hotels restaurant was decent but portions where very small. We noticed this trend on general in Koh Tao and we are not big eaters.

location at the beginning of the Sairee Beach. beautiful restaurant setup and surroundings. good rooms and facilities.

no messages prior to arriving compared to the other places visited. no shuttle offered when arriving.
