Very pleasant and would return.

Quirky. Close to the sea. Mostly quiet.

Very loud on Saturday due to samba even at hotel above. Not the property's the fault but went on for hours and hours.

Very disappointed, from previous reviews expected a higher standard. We came home a day early

The location and beach. Locals were friendly

Very noisy neighbours. Floors were very dirty under foot.

I loved Gorerston, the people are friendly always saying hello. Would go again.

The Location was amazing. Literally a minute walk away from the beach. The facilities were good. It was nice to have a lounge and dining room area. It was really nice the owners left some treats for the dogs so thank you for that.

The stairs were very narrow so it took longer than expected to walk down them. The mattresses of the beds were too soft so we both struggled with sleep every night. The pressure in the shower wasn't great at all but we copied with that. Finally, I know this sounds a bit petty but there wasn't a spatular to cook a proper fry up.

Superb

The cleanliness was second to none, the beach was beautiful and so close.

The only issue we had were the stairs in the property being so steep and narrow food treads.

Wonderful Cottage Right Next to Beach

The cottage was spotlessly clean and beautiful furnished…modern and relaxed. We loved it ! The use is space was brilliant…5 of us stayed and we had plenty of room. There was lots of free parking. The view of the Pavillon Theatre opposite is spectacular, so pretty at night. The owners stayed in touch and were easy to contact. I would highly recommended renting a beach hut at Gorleston, we hired ‘Bettie’, ‘Bertie’ is also available…they are very luxurious and have everything you need for a day out…brilliant !

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property it was perfect for us !

Lovely weekend, nice walking our little dog along the promenade each morning and very friendly area

Great location and plenty of parking, very handy having an upstairs and downstairs loo, lots of little extras like buckets and spades for the kids to use, fans in the bedroom cupboard, sewing kit and first aid box amongst other things. little friendly pub a short walk away.

We didn’t find the stairs very easy as are very narrow. but got used to them

Cosy, comfortable and really nice property, would happily stay again.

The location was amazing and the property was really clean and nicely furnished.

Not much it was lovely, but the welcome pack was very basic; just tea bags, coffee and sugar. I think we have been spoilt by other properties!

It was a lovely cottage, well equipped meeting our family needs.

The location of the cottage was brilliant so close to the beach. Our dogs loved their first visit to the seaside!

The heating thermostat could of been set a bit higher, as I found it cold in the evening.

Perfect place for a stay by the beach!!!

The property was perfect for us - a good sized cottage with two double bedrooms. A good sized living room, dining room and kitchen. It was clean and tidy, and in a great location. The hosts left some flapjacks, tea and coffee for us too, thank you.

Restful peacefull very relaxing.

the location was amazing a short walk to the beach .A cozy cottage with everything we needed.Comfy beds.Great cafe on the corner.Theatre next door.Quiet location.plenty of free parking .

A dog sitting service would be great as we would have loved to go to the theatre opposite.

Lovely property on the seafront

Great location right by the seafront. Very easy to park. Cottage well equipped with a cute seaside theme throughout.

Take care with small children as stairs are quite steep.

Very comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent location. Plenty of storage space. Well fitted/ furnished - not easy with a small cottage. Very nice decor- well thought out. A home from home.

Personally I could have done with a couple of extra serving dishes and oven trays as I like cooking but it was probably enough for most people. We struggled to get the upstairs shower to work at an even temperature. Also although the property sleeps 6 it would be difficult to get 6 people around the dining table.

Fantastic cottage. Great location right by the beach and easy parking on the street right outside. Wonderful hosts welcoming of us and our two small dogs. Thanks for a great few days!

Gorgeous place to stay right near the beach

Host was very friendly to deal with on the phone and even leant us a dish to help me cook our Christmas dinner! Also the dog loved it too which was a real bonus.

It's my own fault but didn't read the bit about about towels not being included. It was in the emails but I completely missed it....doh! Will be sure to try and check closer before booking next time.

Great stay

Love this cottage, this was our second stay the new attic room was ideal for the children.

I wish they hadn’t changed the milk in the welcome pack to long life portions.

Perfect location for Beach escape

The location is fantastic, so close to the beach and restaurants and only a few miles away from Yarmouth for days trips with lots of stuff to see and do. The property itself was clean and comfortable. There is a bit of noise surrounding the place from bars and restaurants but being so close to the nightlife that’s really unavoidable.

Shower temperature was a bit temperamental, it seemed to have two settings, freezing cold or scolding hot. No happy medium there. Parking can be difficult.

Lovely place to stay

Beautifully decorated accommodation and fantastic location, so close to beach and local amenities. The cottage was well equipped and laid out with lots of nice touches.

Only a couple of minor negatives- the grill didn't seem to work - didn't heat up. Some buttons on Sky remote control not working effectively. Perhaps new batteries needed? A couple of pans dishes in cupboard were not completely clean.
