This gorgeous single-family home is located just one block from the ocean and Banks Channel, both of which offer public access making this home the perfect destination for your next family vacation! Located on a quiet, family-oriented street on the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach, this five-bedroom, 4-bathroom, home has 3 levels that comfortably accommodate 14 people.
The lower level of this home has a bonus living room outfitted with a 75” flat screen smart TV that includes Disney+ and sound bar; a great gathering space for family movie night or Sunday football. Just off the living area is a covered porch that faces the sound and is a great place to relax while taking in the salt air. Down the hall you will find the first 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and laundry area.
The spacious upper level of this home is outfitted with hardwood floors and features an open concept living, dining, kitchen with convenient access to the third-floor deck which is perfect for outdoor lounging or dining! The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile back splash that seamlessly flow into the living space making this home wonderfully equipped for family gatherings. This level also contains the master bedroom with a private bath and another guest bedroom with full bath. Just off the kitchen you will find another staircase that leads up to an enclosed crow’s nest that provides magnificent 360 views of the sound, ocean, and south end of the island. This is the ideal spot for relaxing after a day at the beach, family board games, and watching breathtaking sunsets!

We loved this house! It was perfect for a getaway with friends for the weekend. The house was well stocked and in a great location on the south end of the beach, which was really peaceful. Would definitely like to stay again!

Fantastic house! Our family of 11 was very comfortable in the three level beach house. The kitchen was adequate for our needs and the common areas were very comfortable. We loved sipping our morning coffee on the porch. It’s an easy walk to the beach or the inlet. You are able to watch the sunrise in the morning at the beach and a beautiful sunset at night over the inlet. The neighborhood is well cared for and a delight to walk around. Everything was convenient. The beach is less crowded at the south end of the island. Everything added up for a perfect stay. We would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 9 people and had plenty of room. Of course, you need to like stairs! :)
It was winter, so didn't spend time on the decks, but it would be great in the summer. Easy walk to the beach or intercoastal. Nice neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful house! There was plenty of room for all the generations of family members that were there. Lots of light, lots of room to sit around and visit. Very close to the beach. Would 100% absolutely recommend!

Our families had a great stay at Beach Living July 2022. Everything was as stated, in working order, clean, and appropriate. The only criticism we would have (and it is small) is the lack of a refrigerator/freezer at the lower level to hold additional ice and beach drinks.

This was not the original house we had booked, that RSVP was canceled unexpectedly a few days prior but Bryant RE did a great job getting us moved & into a different house. This house was clean and spacious. Very easy walk to the beach. Big rooms and comfy beds. Kids loved the little TV room area on the 2nd floor. Kitchen was great. Would stay again.

Overall the house was good. Carpets were stained but seemed clean. We had a problem with one queen bed. The frame was bent and very uncomfortable but we remedied by putting mattresses on floor.

We were a large group. our entire family was there for our daughter's wedding. The house was perfect. We all had our own rooms, the layout was so cool, lots of room. The location was perfect, only about 10 mins to the wedding venue. The beach was right around the corner, great coffee shop. We were all so happy with the house.

We were a large group. our entire family was there for our daughter's wedding. The house was perfect. We all had our own rooms, the layout was so cool, lots of room. This is house is very convenient and a lovely neighborhood. Quiet and easy to access water. We found the house arranged well for our group of 12, but carpets in living area were very dirty and rumpled. We paid for extra hours added to our checkout and were to be out by 3:00pm, but while at the beach before noon the code changed on the entry door. Luckily, the garage door was open so we were able to get in or we would have been locked out with four children four and under.

Overall a very nice house. I don’t like the living room sofas, seem old. There was a small amount of mold/mildew in the master shower, I didn’t check the rest or the showers. Bedroom carpets were stained. Minor things, overall a very nice experience. The large tv is great, luckily my daughter figured out how to turn it all on. Love the subtle beach decor. Lots of room and so close to the beach access.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at our WONDERFUL beach house!!! We had so many comfortable bedrooms that accommodated our extended family and us so incredibly wonderfully!!! We loved the rocking chairs on the porches!! The decor was so beachy and inviting!! Everything was new and fresh!! It made our trip for our son's wedding a vacation!!! It could not have been more perfect for us!! The short walk to the beach was great, as well!!!!
