Estancia agradable, personal atento.

Desayuno correcto y podías repetir de lo que desearas

La habitacion y el baño eran correctos, pero se notaba mucha la humedad, incluso en las sábanas.

Buena relación calidad-precio

Lo mejor es la ubicación y el precio que incluye el desayuno.

Tenía que usar la mesa para trabajar y no tenía mucho espacio. Tampoco tenía mucha luz artificial. La hora de salida es a las 12:00 y si quieres salir más tarde, tienes que pagar medio día (20€ hasta las 18:00).

No está muy insonorizado. Se escuchan mucho las puertas, conversaciones y pasos de la gente alojada.

Calidad-precio óptima para una estancia corta

La relación calidad precio era muy buena, en mi caso incluía el desayuno. (Como nota diría que el desayuno merece la pena si está incluido, sino por 6€ te merece la pena desayunar en alguna cafetería de Oviedo que tienen mucha variedad a buen precio)

Las camas me parecieron un poco antiguas, era moverte un poco y ya crujían los muelles. La habitación se suponía que era exterior y a patio y solo daba a patios. Aunque de todos modos la calle a la que da tampoco tiene muchas vistas. Mi estancia fue de lunes a miércoles y en febrero por lo que no había ruido, pero ojo! Hay varios pubs en la misma calle

El olor de la habitación era horrible, el buffet era escaso y había embutidos un poco resecos y que me han retenido una cantidad de dinero en mi tarjeta por tema de ver que se trataba de una tarjeta verídica

Located on a quiet street in the heart of town.

Front desk and restaurant staff were really great. The Front Desk person gave me helpful Information regarding exploring the town. The breakfast restaurant staff were also very helpful and they kept things well-stocked.

The room was exactly as pictured. Modern bathroom was very nice and roomy.

Las toallas minisculas eran de mano no pa ducha no había persinana se escuchaba todo lo de la calle y eche en falta un neceser con cepillo y pasta de dientes .

Buen sitio para pasar unas noches entre semana

Es un hotel buen situado en el centro histórico. Todo funcionó. La habitación fue limpia.

De hecho por su ubicacion no podrás dormir tranquilo los fines de semana y los días/noches de fiestas regionales (mira en Google antes), los chavales de los bares cercanos no pararon de gritar toda la noche.

AIRE ACONDICIONADO NEFASTO Y ATENCIÓN NULA PARA AL FINAL NO SOLUCIONARLO.

No me gusto nada

El aire acondicionado fallaba en todo momento y hacía una calor horrible con humedades y mucho ruido alrededor de ventiladores de otros negocios y casas alrededor que hacían sentir que hacía más calor aún. El personal debió de estar entrenador por el dueño, ya que solo nos daban largas y no solucionaban nuestro problema con el aire acondicionado y además decían que estaba solucionado. Nos tuvimos que ir del hotel sin poder pasar la noche a buscar otra alternativa y no nos revolsaron el dinero de la reserva. Por parte de booking sinos ayudaron ya que mediaron entre Hotel y nosotros para intentar solventarlo.

Breakfast options were poor. Poor location, should advertise that the hotel is subject to a lot of noise at night, important information for families. Very expensive for what it was.

Very good

Very friendly staff that not only welcomed me warmly but also took the time to draw me maps of local hangouts that aren't too touristy and where to go for what food and drinks. Great location, as well, only minutes from anything the city has to offer.

WiFi and water pressure were a little ... lacking.

Superb

Nice hotel, very clean. Staff friendly in person, and I liked that it was staffed 24 hours. Good location, near to the Cathedral. Oviedo is lovely.

Difficult to find. When I asked how to get there reply was that I could take a cab or walk, but I have never been to Oviedo before so didn't know my way around, streets to take would've been helpful. (My phone needs WiFi to function so I couldn't look it up.) Got a good look at the city trying to find it and people on the street were helpful. When I got close someone actually walked me there. Looked like there was breakfast, but maybe that had to be booked before? It wasn't mentioned to me so didn't know it was an option. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Very comfortable stay, garage is public

The room is pretty spacious and comfortable. It also has a small refrigerator which was very appreciated. The water works perfectly and the bathroom is ok. The staff was nice.

The garage is a public one, it's ok, but I think they should say that before you make a reservation. The hotel doesn't have a garage of its own.

Totally overpriced. Too expensive for what they offer. And the neighbourhood is noisy. Half the price would be enough. Any Youth Hostel offers more.

Can't really comment. This is the first place in almost two months in Spain that couldn't accommodate my bike so I had to stay elsewhere.

Nice hotel with good break room

The break room was a delightful surprise, very large, with coffee and tea, lots of books. The breakfast was wonderful. Location was close to the old town. The price was a good bargain.

1. The WiFi on the 3rd floor was very weak, 1 bar. 2. The bedding was quite bad, uncomfortable 3. Neighbors were very loud and noisy.
