Buen sitio

La habitación estaba genial, era amplia unos 25m2.

La llave de la puerta fallaba, era de tarjeta y no la reconocía bien, hubo que cambiarla un par de veces hasta que funcionó.

La amabilidad de todos los empleados, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier duda. La ubicación del hotel también me pareció perfecta

El parking no está en el hotel, está en otra calle, es un parking compartido y las plazas son minúsculas, tanto es así que en el hotel ofrecen dos juntas por el precio de una, en algunas no cabe ningún coche. Me pareció el armario de la habitación muy pequeño y eché en falta en el baño más espacio para apoyar artículos de aseo

A very nice stay in all the aspects at a good price.

Very comfortable. No noises (8th floor). Very kind staff. Well located. Good breakfast and dinner.

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a great hotel for the value.

Great location. Loved the bathroom and the staff of the hotel.

The AC did not work very well and the room was warm. The beds were a little hard for my liking.

Nice hotel but rarely noisy. Definitely worth money

The noise from the water pipes when toilet flushed, the stepping noise from other visitors at the upper floor, construction inside the hotel which made annoying noises

Staff was really lovely and kind. Main attractions situated within walking distance from the hotel. Also room was spotlessly clean.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient .

I noticed the fine quality of the bedding and the bed was perfectly made up each day. I also was happy to find extra blankets since the nights were chilly.

I would have liked a room on a higher floor, I was disturbed by noise from the street. Also noticed ( since I am using heavy luggage on wheels0, that there was no ramp to enter the hotel from the sidewalk.

Great location, could use a bit more care in the cleaning aspect.

The location and price were excellent. Near to the city, but far enough away to avoid the touristy and loud areas.

The room was a bit small and there were rubble pieces that were everywhere in the bathroom and the sink was a bit moldy.

There was a bad smell from the aircondition. The staff tried to solve it twice and at the end we got another room - a superior one.

Nice place close to the center of the city and the employees are really nice

The facilities are a little out of date they need to renovate a little the rooms.

Really good location, when we arrived, parked immediately outside the hotel in the dedicated area. Staff were really helpful and they have their own underground car park The location is brilliant, just a short walk into the city centre. Breakfast is usual Spanish buffet, but they will do freshly cooked eggs as well. We had dinner one night, don't be put off by the menu in the lift, that is just the "menu del dia", there is a full comprehensive menu as well. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. All in all, very pleased with everything.
