Une super option pour Bodnath

La proximité de la stuppa est des points phares de cet hôtel. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, le petit déjeuner copieux. Le rapport qualité prix est super. Je recommande !

I had a wonderful stay in one of my most favourite places in Nepal

The rooms were clean and of a good size . The staff were amazing friendly and caring always there and happy to help . The garden is a green sanctuary , flowers and a beautiful shrine . Breakfasts were different every day very tasty .I was made to feel part of this lovely family and would / will happily return , it is ideally situated by the stupa .

Welcoming with lots of character. The breakfast was very good also.

This place is full of charm and character. It is very well located and the staff were all very friendly. I’ve stayed many times in Kathmandu and after staying here recently for the first time, it’s one of my favourite places, especially with the great value for money.

There was nothing i did not like about it.

The place is beautiful, surrounded by restaurants and shops and it’s not far to the main road. The best part is a few distance walk to Boudha Stupa.

Eine einfache Lodge in der Nähe des Stupa. Okay, wenn man den Nepal-Standard kennt und liebt.

Die Nähe zum Boudhanath Stupa. Eine freundliche Familie begrüßt und bewirtet. Der Balkon in diesem Zimmer.

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, die Dusche fast über dem Klo. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Location is great, next to stupa but also very quiet at night. polite and helpful staff beautiful garden nice options of breakfast

Appliances in the room did not work well. There are 3 lights but only one is working. The lamp and the light on the wall did not work made the room too dark in the evening. Hot water did not come quickly. It took more than 5 minutes. Mattress is too soft.

A peaceful oasis

Really friendly staff, a peaceful garden and a tasty breakfast. I requested a vegan breakfast and they provided extra items for me. Breakfast was slightly different each day and was delicious! They also printed and scanned some documents for me. Overall it's a great spot to stay near the stupa.

There was water dripping outside my room at night and the noise kept me awake, but the staff kindly gave me a new room in the middle of the night.

Comfortable stay; sweet staff

The receptionist Darshana was very helpful and understanding in check in and check out times. Location was ideal for a solo traveler; a 5 min straight walk to the entrance gate (not the main one but the one before it #2 I think) - I didn’t need to drag my luggage through streets. Hotel was easy to find. Had a comfy room overlooking the lovely garden (the slightly more quiet side with good light coming into the room). Good value, clean, maintained ; great for digital nomads or a long term stay. Good rest; relaxing vibe. Wi-Fi was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

Slightly older building in appearance will throw you at first. Tv didn’t work but I don’t use those things much. Fan only, so during hot months it can feel warm; if you point the fan on you then you should be good.

Great budget hotel in iconic Boudha area

Both receptionists who appeared to be brother and sister were just AMAZING. These two awesome humans made our stay super comfortable by trying to provide us with food items for breakfast, which were not initially available, helping endlessly with taxis, even being ready to pay extra to cab driver, cause I made him wait for 30min, of course I couldn't accept them paying for my delay. When it comes to hotel itself, it is a simple hotel with basic facilities, but clean bedsheets, towels and really HOT water which we needed badly, cause end of April which was supposed to be warm and sunny appeared to be rainy and quite cool or even cold for those like me preferring heat to cold. Their breakfast is really good. Location is great, quiet place but close to iconic Boudha stupa. Overall it is worth the money paid

Aarya Chaitya is a perfectly located hotel with excellent staff at a very affordable price.

If Aarya Chaitya only had either a fantastic location or incredibly wonderful staff, it would already be well worth the cost. The fact it has both, as well as a wonderful garden, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning, makes it one of the best places to stay in the Boudha area. I can't recommend Aarya Chaitya highly enough. The garden rooms are the cheapest and the nicest, in my opinion. Don't let the shared shower scare you off - it's well worth being able to wake up in the morning and step right out into the garden. The garden room is also quieter than the other rooms, which is very nice given the very loud dog barking that happens every night.

The bathroom felt a little dirty. The hose draining the sink in my room was just a tube stuck through a hole in the wall that wasn't actually at a steep enough angle for the sink to drain quickly, and there was mold on the ceiling. The room was also slightly dim. However, these are mostly minor complaints and didn't detract from my overall excellent experience staying there.

Good value, very kind owners, great location

Staff was very kind, helped me organize my travels after Kathmandu. Complimentary breakfast was really good. Location was perfect, 5 min walk from Boudha stupa.

Wifi signal was a bit low in the room, but as long as I use it near the window it was ok.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, helped with arranging transportation. Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of variety every day. Nice quiet place and very close to Boudhanath stupa.

Superb

The people at the hotel are amazing, very friendly and genuinely helpful. It's a relaxed, positive atmosphere and a very organized staff and environment. I recommend to come and stay there, especially if you want to be close to Buddha Stupa and enjoy sincere and easy environment. I have to add that the residents who are staying at the hotel were approachable and helpful too, which is so great when you are a solo traveler!

These people are great. I was fearing for the safety of luggage I left behind at the hotel while trekking to Everest base camp. Quite a lot of value, but these people are for sure people you can trust. I will be happy to return to this place..

Exceptional

We were warmly welcomed by Sudeep and the staff and always felt our needs were attended to. Breakfasts were delicious and suited to all tastes. Our room was cosy with a lovely mattress and cosy duvet. The location is on a quiet street and in very close walking distance to Boudha Stupa and all restaurants. We will definitely return again and recommend Aarya Chaitya Inn to our visiting friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful, unforgettable, exceptional

The warmth and kindness of the staff, breakfast, the cozy room, quiet location.

Just a suggestion which does not take away the exceptional stay I had here: For the elderly who require support to climb stairs, they could install a railing at the ground level for them to hold onto.

At the center, very good breakfast. Stuff were helpful.

Cold rooms even when AC worked almost all day and night, but it is typically Nepali style. Basic rooms.
