amazing!

very clean and modern, the bathroom was my favorite. The shower was amazing. it was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip. the receptionist, Mary was so kind and helpful with all of our needs and even had the TV set in our language prior to arrival. I would absolutely recommend.

We had another brilliant stay at starry sky.

The location is excellent. It’s such a lovely room with excellent views of the beach. It is cleaned every day to a 5 star level.

The room was very clean

There are no instructions for the shower/turkish bath/sauna combo. There weren't any instructions for the air com either. We couldn't figure out how to turn off the lights. There isn't a staff member on premises and the closest parking is 3 blocks away in the parking of a local supermarket. You can't leave the windows open for this reason - that and the sulfur smell off of the beach. The hotel also overlooks a busy roundabout, and you can see the beach, but it does take away from the view. There is no local information of suggestions for things to do or places to go.

Near the public beach, 10 min walk to downtown.

The room was very nice for a getaway or a place you take a girlfriend to...The jacuzzi just as an added value to make a better impression.

A number of things as first there is no bathroom or place if you arrive prior to checkin time. Second of all that got me quite angry is that on the day of departure, SkyCharming puts your bags in the hallway where anyone can snatch your personal things, ABSOLUTE NO-GO!

A very enjoyable stay! Definitely recommend!

A very enjoyable stay! The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped and the bathroom very spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful, it's definitely worth going to the restaurants recommended by the owners! Very convenient location - near the old town.

Nice location in a charming room

-location right in front of the beach and not too far from the historic center -balcony with nice chairs and table -corner sea view was amazing -starry lights in the bathroom -overall style of the room is very nice -free Netflix! -TV was quite big -AC worked very well -size of the room and bathroom

Overall very good experience! If I had to find some improvement areas I would say: recycling bins in the corridor is nice but a bin in the room would be much more convenient + the shower drain was a bit clogged which was kind of gross

I Highly recommend this is great place to stay

It is in an excellent location, everything is very close, restaurants, beach, bars, harbour and even the old town is in walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was extremely stylish and confortable and the coffee was great. I highly recommend this place.

We only could partially see the sea from the balcony.

good value for money

location across beach is very nice, super markets very close. private parking 5€/night was great. we could use a sun umbrella of the host, which was very kind. coffee capsules included in the room (2 per day, more on request based on availability of the host, who is of course not all day onsite)

Towel exchange "every 3 days". We stayed in another guest room in Sardinia before with the same rule, there we received fresh towels during 3rd day of our stay (3rd day, after 2 nights). Here it means on day 4 after 3 nights, we stayed sunday to wednesday and no towel exchange was possible, except after some discussion we received towels as a "favor" of the employee (which we do appreciate). We were told after 4 years we were the first guests to misunderstand the rules and they see no need to clarify it better on booking.com to avoid confusion of future guests. We had suggested it especially since the same rule in different Sardinian guest rules is applied differently. We got the towels, but its not nice as a guest if the host makes you feel that you are stupid before helping you with a request, its unprofessional and left a bit of a sour note for us on the otherwise really nice stay in this apartment. Hard to understand why someone would refuse to take a feedback and make a rule more clear in the online description

A great location and one to recommend - I'd stay again which says it all.

Great room, Coffee making as well. TV with Netflicks and a spa bath. Federica who met us at the apartment was lovely and spoke great English. All in all a great place to stay and the right location. Alghero is a lovely town and to be recommended. The balcony overlooked the sea albeit the road too but it's a great vantage point.

I suppose if being overly critical the road is a little noisy but at night it's not a problem.
