Such a great week!!!! The property is as advertised - clean, above the waves, endless views, fabulous pool, fully stocked. So easy to get to the busy parts of PV via Uber and so cheap, less than $5US. And just far enough away that it’s quiet and more peaceful. We ordered food several nights via Uber Eats, super easy. Fernando was great, responsive all week. And the caretaker on site, Chelito, was very kind and there if we needed anything. This property was perfect for us and what we wanted to do, which was a lot of relaxing😎 We will definitely be back!!!!

Fantastic location and setting the pool has had a major redo since our last visit and is stellar. The amenities are top notch. The wifi worked well. Our only issue was a Sunday checkin where the service staff were off and the managers phone was no answer and phonemail box full. The owners in the condos became very helpful to resove this. Otherwise communication with manager was good and he was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

This condo is furnished beautifully with decor, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, & plenty of towels. You can’t beat the view from the huge deck. Walkable to town or cheap taxi ride. Small issue with shower not getting hot enough & other guests being grumpy about kids using the pool. But other than that our stay was perfect!

We were wowed by this condo in Concha Chinas. We came with our two daughters at age 9 and 11, and both enjoyed it immensely. It is modern, clean and comes with a maid who is extremely sweet and responsive; she even did laundry for us on one of the days. Much better than staying at a resort! Felt like concierge service. Fernando is reachable via text before and during the trip and he checked in on us via text to ensure we had everything we needed; he was very helpful on local recommendations. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen to make food though we ate out most of the time. Nothing beats waking up early in the AM during sunrise to see the water, boats, birds, and whales in the distance. The sunsets were even more spectacular! It was just the right distance away in a private exclusive neighborhood to avoid crowds and yet so easy to get into Zona via a walk or short Uber ride. Oxxo is nearby for most needs (ie small groceries, snacks, drinks, water, and coffee). We loved the beautiful cobble stone paths which reminded us of Spain. The locals ("la gente") are all so helpful and kind in all of Vallarta, but especially here. The infinity pool is just as amazing as the pictures, if not more so. The beach below is very accessible and enjoyable, though we recommend walking 5 minutes north to a slighly less rocky area. Puerto Vallarta also wowed us and we can't wait to come back, and we will definitely be looking at staying here again when we return!

This property is amazing. We have been many times to Puerto Vallarta. Stayed in many locations. Decided to try Conchas Chinas and chose this beautiful property. Truly a magical experience. Loved every moment. Plan on returning in November and hopefully every few months until buying our own home in that area. You will not be sorry. Easy to get to town. Beautiful walks on the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Wonderful pool and the interior of the home is breathtaking,

Absolutely Lovely
I have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for over 40 years and have fallen in love with the Conchas Chinas area. I chose Villas Las Brisas because of its location. It is 1 mile south of old town on the beach, offering a beautiful, quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of Old Town.
The condos interior is beautifully decorated. The pictures accurately represent the loveliness of the space. The view is an Awesome view of Banderas Bay.

The pride for his property is apparent.
Fernando was helpful in sending COVID testing locations for our return to the U.S. and always responded quickly to any questions.

Waves, Whales & Sunsets
We LOVED our recent stay at Villas Las Brisas #4.
This was our first stay outside of the Romantic Zone and we will definitely be back. The building is small and beautiful right above the surf. We enjoyed the secluded beaches, whale watching and sunsets from the balcony and the lack of usual city noise. There are only 9 units total with 2 per floor, large balconies, well decorated condos and a new infinity pool. This unit has an additional patio area that the others don’t. The condo has everything you need plus there is an OXXO and pharmacy just up the street for any last minute items. The restaurants, bars and shops of the RZ are just a short walk (10-15 min) or taxi /“InDriver” ride (about $80 pesos).
Fernando & Chelito were very attentive during our stay, checking to see if we had any needs and cleaning the unit 3x week.

best location in PV, beautiful, well appointed and spacious unit, perfect for 2 couples. enjoy the sunset every night from your (huge) balcony or from the brand new infinity pool. 7 minute walk to los muertos beach and the restaurants and shops in the zona romantica. don’t forget to explore to the south, where we spent all our time on la playita (perfect little beach) and the seaside restaurant at the lindomar hotel a couple of minutes away. oxxo convenience store located 2 minutes away. no need for a car. we have been traveling to vallarta for years, definitely our favorite spot 🥰

Fabulous stay on Conchas Chinas
If you are looking for a relaxing experience away from downtown, but close enough to venture in when you'd like, this is the spot for you. Hear the crashing waves as you watch gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The infinity pool was just perfect. An easy walk down the beach to a restaurant with outdoor seating on the water. Fernando is very responsive and helpful, and Chelito was there to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend~!

Fantastic patio/view with a short walk to town.
If you want a quiet, beachfront condo with an amazing deck and only a short walk to town (beware some of it is very steep) this is a perfect option. Property manager Isabel was lovely and very welcoming - including leaving a bottle of wine. However, it was not without flaws. We never had a hot shower all week, could not get the left side of the stove to light, could not light the oven, never figured out how to use the microwave, flickering power one day (took a shower in teh dark), hall lights did not always work (had to use phone light to get through many locked doors) and were very concerned about fire safety. Every door (all patio doors included) had a key lock and there were multiple keys. Even the exterior building doors had to be unlocked from the inside to get out. I understand that some of this is just way things can go when in Mexico.

A private, relaxing paradise right on the beach
Amazing time. We have visited PV many times and this was one of our best. Isabel and Cello were so helpful in making us feel welcome. The property is private and well equipped. Perfect break.

Great condo on beautiful beach
Stylish and well-designed condo has a good layout and is well stocked with most necessities. The manager was very helpful - easy to contact ahead of time, and waiting for us on arrival with keys and to help us settle in. Everything was clean, functional, and comfortable. The condo has a huge balcony - possibly the biggest one for the building - great for outdoor dining, napping on the lounge chair, or just watching the waves and the awesome Conchas Chinas sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Great location - very quiet and fairly private, but just a short and inexpensive cab or uber ride to the Zona Romantica (or a 15-ish minute walk with some hills & steps). The pool is clean and a nice temperature, and was never crowded - however, families with younger kids should be aware it's geared for adults. Jumping and "boisterous behavior" (ie, anything that might bother someone reading or napping) are against the rules - the residents expect it to be a quiet place. Maid service is twice a week - they are very thorough, but FYI, are in the condo for around 3 hours mid-day, so you may want to know the days in advance so you can make plans to be elsewhere. We had a wonderful time overall and would stay here again.

Secret Oasis
This was our 3rd annual trip staying in this beautiful unit, I think we’re hooked. There are expansive oceanfront views, small quiet complex, lovely swimming pool and close to town.
The 2 BR 2BA unit was well stocked for our stay, ,with linens, tp, towels, up to date kitchen appliances. It was lovely to go to town and be able to come home and enjoy the sounds of the ocean, birds and beach sounds.
We felt so fortunate to be able to stay in such a lovely space. The host is a dream to work with & I’d be back in a second if time and money would permit.

Better than ever! It’s a quiet, luxurious condo tight on the beach. This is a one of a kind place in Conchas China’s! Daniel is a great host with recommendations for dining and entertainment and he helped arrange airport pick up and grocery shopping. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you.

Very smart and stylish condo with all modern conveniences
Very smart, very clean, and very stylish condo (with an Asian flare) "hidden" on a quiet street in lower Conchas Chinas. This particular beachfront location lends itself to spectacular ocean sunsets and early morning quiet walks along the beach; during the day there is constant energy and excitement watching the ocean relentlessly break over the huge stone formations of the shoreline (almost directly under the huge private balcony). I particularly found the sound of the ocean a constant and magical presence. There is also a private pool if the sun gets too hot.
All in all--a great location--only a 10-12 minute walk north into the busy Zona Romantica part of Puerto Vallarta and a 5 minute walk in a southern direction, down the beach, to La Playita restaurant---a charming seaside cafe.

My wife and I and our 17 year old son spent ten days in this unit from late December through early January along with our friends who were in another unit in the same building. Normally our Christmas holiday trip is a cruise or all-inclusive so this was a change for which we were a little apprehensive. However it ended up better than even our best expectations. The unit itself is wonderful with its large balcony and views and all of the amenities one could ask for. The common area by the pool was great and being a small complex we had it to ourselves most of the time. The location in Concha Chinas was ideal in that we were away from the crowds but could be into town for dinner or supplies quickly by foot or via Uber/Bus. We also spent a lot of time at the restaurant down the beach at the LindoMar which had good food at a reasonable price with great ocean views. The owner Daniel was helpful in convincing us to book in the first place and organizing our trip and Dennis in terms of getting us to and from the airport. Already thinking about when we can make a return trip!

Sooooo fabulous...I can't say enough about this wonderful condo! I have stayed in several condos throughout PVR and this is by far the best and I will be back soon! The location is fantastic...almost like having your private beach...quiet...away from noise and beach vendors however only a short walk to the buzz of downtown and all the beautiful restaurants and shops! Highly recommend starting your day with morning coffee on this beautiful terraza and then finishing your day with a glass of wine and direct view of nightly fireworks. This condo is fantastic for all travelers...solo, girls’ trip, couples, or families with older children. The condo is well inventoried with everything you need to complete your vacation! Don't even think twice...make your reservation now! The owner and host of this condo are always available for any and all needs you may have...from excursions, restaurant recommendations, airport transportation...anything! The owner has a pride of ownership and it shows!

Just WOW. The views take your breath away!!!
This condo is simply spectacular! The location and the beauty of the surroundings really took my breath away. The unit has 2 bedrooms with their own beautiful bathroom which was perfect for 2 couples. There is a huge kitchen island. High end appliances. My favorite feature was the wrap around balcony overlooking the pool below and the ocean. Private and relaxing. Nice and secure. We enjoyed morning walks to the boardwalk along the beach. Inexpensive uber rides to town ($ 2 - 3 USD). We will be back!!!

Great apartment, great host!
This is a beautiful apartment with a beautiful setting and a very helpful host. The apartment is spacious, including a large balcony, is nicely furnished and decorated with interesting art, and has an amazing view and easy access to the beach. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and there were useful supplies of spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, etc. The host responded rapidly to inquires both before and during our rental, and offered lots of helpful suggestions for enjoying Puerto Vallarta. Our family of four would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Ocean Front Treasure
We hated to leave and can not wait to go back! We enjoyed amazing unobstructed ocean front views while outside on the incredibly large wrap around patio and also from inside the beautiful villa with floor to ceiling doors and windows. Both areas inside and out are impeccably furnished. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool which we usually had all to ourselves and swimming/walking at the beach just a few steps away. Conveniently located within walking distance was a wonderful restaurant and a grocery. The fun downtown boardwalk area is full with artisans, shops, music and restaurants only a 15 minute walk or a quick ride. We had the best of both worlds, quiet relaxing time with wonderful sunsets and whale/dolphin watching at the villa and a bustling downtown close by!
Daniel, the owner is amazing! He went above and beyond to help us get acclimated to the area with many wonderful suggestions and made the villa completely ready with all the necessities we needed. Thank you Daniel, we will be back!

Peaceful retreat from wordly cares
This rental unit offers a magnificent experience with the majesty and raw power of the ocean while being only a 10-12 minute walk into town.The rental unit is located in a very quiet, very clean, and very secure building; it is perched immediately adjacent to an outcropping of rocks and boulders on the beach below with outstanding views in the north and south directions. The constant sound of the surf against the rugged coastline immediately below the building is one of the magical charms of this particular location. The unit itself is extremely well appointed with a full kitchen and bar supplies. The extensive patio wraps around the glass walls of the condo and extends the living space dramatically. Very clean unit--you won't be disappointed.
