Is safe but your staff ask me my cigarettes arette I don't like that is a garden boy

Only garden is beautiful for main entrance

Your staff all of them is zimbabwean we dnt like them especially for spa massage they do know nothing and your breakfast is poor and cheaper please try to hire south african other worse your business they will fall down is impossible all staff are foreigners please change your staff we are not happy at all.. At least Wi-Fi is 100 percentage and backup for loadsheding is good...

I liked the staff, they were friendly and understanding.

My rooms were dirty, shows tht it wasn't cleaned b4 we checked in, there were condoms under the bed my son was going to sleep on, a lizard and webs behind the chair in the room and a broken door in another room that just looked creepy with shoved sponges and that wouldn't close,was probably an interconnecting door...

Horrible

I did not like anything.

Windows don't open in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The toilets stink and they don't clean, they just make up the beds. The floors are dirty, you cannot walk around with socks.

I would not recommend it to anyone nor visit it again

The breakfast was cold, water was hot but not boiling and the milk was also cold. Not sure about the oil used to fry chips, the smell wasn't good and the chips are too small in terms of length.

The fact that we were told it's late for the generator to be switched on after loadshedding @21:00 started was disappointing. We were not even given lamps or some sort of light. The pool wasn't hot as mentioned online and it wasn't cleaned either

We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent breakfast service and the food was delicious. The spa treatment was excellent. The staff was generally friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The internet connection was also excellent.

The room was not as nice as the one in the pictures but it was comfortable. Unfortunately, our private Jacuzzi was not working.

We were never given breakfast they say it was not included in our package, I thought it was

When there is loadshedding we stay in the dark waiting for someone to go buy diesel for the generator, and the generator can only be switched on at a specific time only, no ironing board in the room, side lamp were not working and we're joined by selotape which is risky for my 3 year old

The heated pool is way too small for that big a resort. It cannot take 4 adults. The bigger pool is ice cold Breakfast was not included. It's not value for money!

Staff were friendly in terms of taking care of disasters

Everything Breakfast pathetic only at the manor once Location disastrous situated in a residential area Cockroaches in the room Booked for Jacuzzi only to get there and to find that it has been out of order for a week Televison in my room Netflix did not function at all on the first night of my arrival The hot water pool more of a kiddies pool 3 x 3 m less that a meter deep Even the staff kept us up with noise until late hours of the night

The place is great , the view , the rooms , pity it rained and we couldn't do some of the activities. The host Blessing was great, friendly and always available for visitors when needed.

Disappointing

Warm welcome from staff and we were taken through a tour of the place and what one can do around Bela Bela. Location is perfect and safe.

The bathroom was not clean, the breakfast was cold and we waited for an hour to be served. The staff need to lower their voices in the morning while their guests are sleeping. They must also consider getting matts in the bathroom and bedroom.
