Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Für viel Geld kein Service

Der Aussenbereich, Poolanlage

Beim einchecken um 19:00 Uhr war das Zimmer nicht verfügbar, wir mussten 30 min. warten bis ein Zimmer für uns gefunden wurde. Als wir es betreten haben, war nur das Bett gemacht, das Badezimmer war schmutzig und der Bademantel voll Schminke, wir waren müde und dachten nun ja, morgen wird es sicher besser sein. Jedoch nein um sechs Uhr Abends war das Zimmer immer noch schmutzig und ungereinigt, keine Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Nach erneuter Reklamation wurde uns in einem Plastikbeutel die Pflegeprodukte im Bad deponiert. Auch die weitern 4 Tage keine Reinigung. Die Antwort an der Rezeption war immer die selbe, monoton und in Dauerschleife, es tut uns leid und wir werden den Putzdienst informieren. Nun das Zimmer kostet pro Nacht nur 500.00, wie kann man hier nur erwarten ein sauberes Zimmer zu bekommen. Es gibt Hotels auf der Welt die brauchen keine gute Kritik, da die Menschen sowieso hin gehen, wir bestimmt nie mehr.

Expérience inoubliable !

Sans mots : un hôtel d’une qualité irréprochable ! Rien que lors de notre arrivée nous en prenons plein la vue de part l’architecture du bâtiment, la guitare est vraiment incroyable. Le parking gratuit est un véritable atout. L’accueil a la réception est efficace et précis, la chambre est spacieuse d’une qualité incroyable. Le petit déjeuner servie est remarquable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter séjourner dans cette établissement qui marquera notre voyage à tout jamais.

DECEPÇÃO PELO QUE SE PAGA NO HOTEL

O hotel em si é maravilhoso, entretanto quando fiz meu check in foi pedido do cartão de crédito que tinha feito a reserva porém esse cartão foi clonado e substituído por outro. Esse não foi aceito pelo hotel. Resultado minhas duas reservas foram todas canceladas e me foi sido que não havia mais acomodação com 2 camas de casal para aquele dia. Caso quisesse ficar só teria um quarto na área de FUMANTE sendo que sou alérgica. quarto com 1 cama de casal e colocaram uma cama extra de solteiro. O outro quarto de casal foi conseguido. Não consegui entender porque não fiquei com mesmo quarto que já havia pago a reserva. Pois sendo está cancelada no Booking presume-se que o quarto ficaria disponível para ser ocupado e o Sr Brown disse que no momento não tinha. Então fica a dúvida se eu tivesse apresentado o antigo cartão eu ficaria no quarto reservado ? outra coisa esse check in durou uma hora e meia até resolvente tudo e no check out queriam me cobrar um quarto que já havia sido pago no check in. Hotel lindo, maravilhoso porém sem qualquer celeridade no atendimento.

Traumhafte Poollandschaft

Die Unterkunft jst sehr schön, wir hatten eine Platinum Suite erhalten weil unsere gebuchte Zimmerart nicht verfügbar war beim einchecken. Wir haben ebenfalls einen Tag eine Lounge am Pool gebucht, das war der Hammer, unser Kellner Bruno hat sich den ganzen Tag super um uns gekümmert, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt dank Bruno :-)

Preis ist in meinen Augen total überteuert

Hotel excelente. Paisagismo, estrutura e decoração sem iguais. Não tenho do que reclamar.

Talvez o valor um pouco elevado; porém, entrega muito luxo. O valor acaba sendo justificado.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit allem was das Herz begehrt.

Kostenloses Upgrade auf Luxury Zimmer erhalten Riesiges Zimmer mit super Ausblick Wahnsinnig großer Hotelkomplex mit Casino, Shopping, Bars uvm.

Die Glastüre in der Toilette konnte nicht vollständig geschlossen werden. ( obwohl die Türe nach unserer Ankunft neu eingestellt wurde) Leider waren im Bad noch Haare die nicht von uns stammen.

First class hotel and casino

The room was amazing! The room overlooked the pools. The view of the city's skyline along the coast is really nice. I could even see the Hard Rock Stadium to the south. The shower is excellent. Everything in the room is high end. The thing that sticks with me about the room, is the mattress. I slept better than I do at home. The amenities at the hotel are first class. Great restaurants and clubs. The casino is very clean and lively, friendly atmosphere. I will be back!

Some prices are higher than I am used to, but I understand. Everything is higher these days.

I would have given this rating a 10 out of 10 if not for the issue of no parking and no Valet.

I loved everything about the property, amenities, location, staff, cleanliness, service, night life, the room, the bathroom, the security and the history of all the pictures, cars, and displays.

My only two issues we had were, not many choices on the TV. Most importantly, the parking garage was shut down for a Comedy show, the other parking garage was full, and both sections of the hotel had valet services but both valet lots were full, so this caused me to have to drive around for 50 mins in between the different floors of the one parking garage to find a space which we still did not find and out of frustration, we ended up leaving to go get ice cream and kill time until the comedy show ended, which by the way was very late at night. I would expect that the hotel would make sure parking is available and suitable or special for its hotel guests and anyone else comes after, but I would expect that any hotel guests have rights to a section of the parking garage and that it shouldn't be shut down or closed for guests. Even if a guest has to use his room key to enter a gated parking area or to get pass the police barriers. But it should not be where a guests is told by the staff that he/she just has to wait until the garage is opened or keep driving and checking until you find a spot. That is not fair to paying guests. Especially to not have Valet also because that too was full.

Although I only booked the hotel for a concert, I would definitely go back. Perfect getaway.

Breakfast with great. Quick, courteous service.

Cannot imagine. This was my first visit, and I was so impressed with everything. The design of the rooms was perfect. The hallways were nicely lit, carpet nice.

Remove check in experience and it was amazing!

The property is just amazing! Such a good vibe. Exactly what you would expect from a Hard Rock Property in Miami.

Check in was a nightmare after a 15 hour flight. We were kept waiting for over an hour whilst an issue was solved between the hotel and booking.com (which we were informed happens regularly). Initially we were asked to resolve it ourselves but eventually the Hard Rock team stepped up, however, we were sat on the floor in a corner of the lobby during the whole process and this should have been handled better. If the problem is so regular I am not sure why this platform is still utilised by the hotel or the issue is not resolved.

This hotel would not honor a reservation that was booked through booking.com using klarna as a payment method. But did not reach out to let us the customer know in advance. So when we arrived we were out of a room and stranded me and 2 kids. Took a couple of hours to find a new place.

Customer service and not willing to help out when it was the hotels error.

Very good

The property is beautiful but the service needs work. We made two calls for an extra set of towels but they were never delivered. An extra set of towels seems like a simple request for a room that cost $1000 per night.

The facilities were amazing including all the pool areas and the spa too.

I didn't like the fact that there are no water fountains to refill bottles. To be expected to buy a bottle of water every time you need water ie whilst sitting at the pool, is fundamentally wrong. It should be provided at all times. As it is not provided, it becomes very expensive just to remain hydrated!!

Gambling staff was great odds are not so great compared to Vegas and other big casinos the hotel, .

Breakfast was good if you’re not a healthy eater. Lunch has healthier options. Pool and beach area was great.

Staff was basically rough. I’m very polite and friendly and staff gives the appearance that they’ve been getting beaten up all day and they want to take it out on everybody else.

Exceptional

The whole property is just stunning. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, many different restaurants to choose from, excellent service and than the view on "THE GUITAR" is just spectacular. We are definitely coming back!!!
