Stay at Hotel Park Regency Nilambur

The facility was clean. Air-conditioning was good. Staff was helpful.

Breakfast could be better. I had booked through booking.com. Breakfast was not included in my booking. However, the site mentioned that breakfast was available at Rs150 per person per night. However, they billed @Rs 200+tax, and they said they were not aware of what was in the booking.com site. There was no kettle or facility to make tea or coffee in the room.

Good Property but the foul smell killed the ambience.

Courteous Staff. Good looking property.

The room had a foul smell coming from the bathroom. Wasnt rectified even after multiple requests.

Not great, booked this the second time thinking it might have improved. Probably will be the last.

Staff were friendly. Ala carte was good. Room was clean

I did not get the room I booked. There was an issue with hot water, instead of accepting it and letting me know hot water will not be available, they wasted nearly an hour saying it will be back in 10 mins, turn the tap left, throw 2 buckets of water etc etc. They swapped me to another room only to find out there was no hot water there either, the heater was broken. They could have just communicated the same instead of making me wait till 10PM.

Totally good.

Breakfast is not upto the mark. Rate for it is very high. Hotels nearby especially, Union Hotel is is very good and tasty food with reasonable cost.

Improve restaurant with reasonable rate. Rooms keys are not accessible.
