The place is a bit creepy and dark as the building is kinda old until my kids doesn't wanna stay there. Ended up staying alone with my hubby. The furniture and renovation is as old as the building.

Very good

If seaview is better, only garden not so garden view. Its clean & comfortable inside. Swimming pool at block A is clean & very near to Pantai Teluk Kemang.

Check in delay about 30 min not on time due to owner said need to repair spoilt plug & lamp. The room door cannot shut down properly for both room.

Owner was very good, will reply immidiately after a message. Location was good. Near the beach, just need a walk, sea view was beautiful, with the pool make children more happy. The homestay clean and beautiful.

Nice and clean place to Stay,

This place is very close to Teluk Kemang Beach, Master Bedroom bed was very comfortable, Both room AC was in very good condition. The Apt was very clean. This is a very cute cat and the Block B lobby area in the evenings, Gery colour with stripes like tiger, very friendly, It followed us to the lift like a security guard. I going to miss it. The swimming pool was Great, super clean. And very nice view of the Sea. 2 Private carpark was provided for this Apt, i like it. There was 24hrs Security Guard at the Guard house, make us feel very secured and safe.

But the 2 single bed at 2nd room not so comfortable very slim mattress. It would be better if 2nd bedroom also comes with wardrobe. Main Bathroom shower water pressure is low. It would be be better to put in water heater with pump same like master bedroom bathroom water heater. MyTV box, was of no use for us, It would be better to replace it with Astro Enjoy, as it has much better content. The Fridge is working but the frezzer door keeps falling. the fridge grill need a new cot of paint, cause its rusted. No Wifi provided. Kindly note this apt is Garden View, soo unable to view the Sea from this apt. Some table and chair at Bacony area whoud have been great too. Since its a big balcony.

Not as expected with the rating given in Booking.com.

It is very easy to deal with the host, especially on getting the keys. The security guard was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is quite complete with fridge, microwave, utensils, plates, cups, tv etc. The host even supplied towels and shower gels.

The apartment is a bit run down. We were not aware that there are 2 different blocks, one facing the garden (Block B) and the other one facing the beach (Block A). We got the one facing the garden. Basically, behind Block B is a jungle full with monkeys. There is only one lift, and the apartment is a bit old. The light in the toilet in the master bedroom is too dim. The swimming pool is in Block A so you will need to walk a bit from Block B to Block A. There is a small entrance to the beach near the parking lot of Block A. However, parking space is limited at Block A and more at Block B. So I guess that is one advantage of Block B. The fridge is a bit old.
