I had everything in my room that I needed.. staff was very nice . Bistro food was very nice and affordable.

The decor was amazing. Bathrooms were clean. Access to shops was straight out the door. Food in the bistro was affordable and delicious

Not for people with low mobility

Do not recommend for anyone not fit and able Four flights of stairs with no lift available. The parking that is available is 2 hour parking during the day so car needed to be constantly moved.

I would rate it aa 3.5/5

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was mostly clean and the shared bathroom was always pretty clean. The hotel is close to the train station as well so it made it fairly easy to travel to the city.

There was a cockroach in the room when we first arrived. The room was just a bit dirtier than the priced I paid for. Also, the room was really bright at night because of the hotel sign lights. The beds and pillows weren't too comfy but not the worst.

The style of the place was cool.

Bed was a bit on the hard side for me but that’s just because I like a sink in kind of bed. And the venue outside up lights shine through the top of the curtains so it’s not completely dark

It’s location

I had cockroaches in my room. Bathroom showers needed a deep clean. The window curtains didn’t close right so the advertising light outside came straight through the window.

The Oasis was an excellent place to stay and we enjoyed the stay and the friendly helpful staff

The Room was good and very tidy. The Bathroom was good and clean I really haven't got any dislikes for the room and bathroom

There was only one thing wrong and that was a jug and cups for a good night drink before we go to bed eg a chocolate drink

No fridge or something for food, so you cannot keep food, difficult communications with the guy to check-in on sunday even if there was a mistake with the schedule on booking.com he wasn't really nice

When I arrived at the reception with my booking confirmed after à long trip, the receptionnist told me that my booking wasn't confirmed and that no room were available.... It putted me in a very stressful situation because all hotel's were already fully booked because of mardi gras in Sydney. I spended the night looking for another hotel faraway which has costed me a fortune. Simply unacceptable !

location is in a gambling casino? That should be mentioned in the information about the place. Also, the registration entrance is through the casino and bar! Totally unacceptable and there was no sign outside with the name other than VIP Casino.

Reasonably good accommodation for adults.

I liked the cleanliness of the facility and the comfortable bed. The facility was adequately air-conditioned inside. Shared bathrooms were very clean and well serviced. Staff were reasonably attentive, though some language barrier was encountered.

The room was quite small at around 3x3 metres, and there are no open areas or fresh air ventilation in the common areas. It also lacked a refrigerator in the room.The downstairs area was under renovation at the time, meaning that the only check-in facility was in the gaming room area (smoking), which would not suit a non-smoker, recovering gambler, or children.
