Good for a work stay, great bistro food and beers on tap

Screens and dinner. Great food and beers at the pub and bistro downstairs. Very good service

Traffic noise settled by 11pm

It was a cheap place for us to stay but I still think overpriced for how dirty it is.

Location was okay as it was near a train station

The room and the bathroom were extremely dirty, I don’t think anyone has ever cleaned that bathroom everything was disgusting

Bad service, bad attitude, the worst hotel experience in my life!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at your hotel. I made a reservation for a room at your hotel. My reservation was for 2 nights and I had already paid the full amount in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation had been canceled and that there were no rooms available. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and show my confirmation email, the staff refused to let me check-in and provided me with no further assistance. This experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenienced me greatly. As a customer who had already paid in advance for a service that was not provided, I feel let down by the lack of communication and support from your staff. I had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which resulted in additional expenses (over 500 dollars) and a significant amount of stress. I urge you to take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. I expect a full refund for the amount I paid for my reservation and I also request compensation for the additional expenses I incurred due to your hotel's negligence. I hope to receive a prompt response from you regarding this matter.

they gave us water when we check in

dirty bathroom, the stench of pee in bathroom, mold on walls in room, dust on windows. rooms are above casino, nois until morning. we check out after one night. The owner of the accomodation promissed compensation. whe booking wrote to him, he did not agree and booking didnt solve our problem!!!

The washrooms were extremely unclean, the sink didn’t drain, and the carpets were very dirty.

good location, noisy and dirty.

good location for quick access to public transportation, dozens of good restaurants in the neighborhood and a very good restaurant right in the hotel.

the entire first floor is a collection of bars, video poker and other gaming equipment, a good restaurant, smoking lounge, and lots of noise until 4:00-5:00 AM!!! The room had only 1 overhead light, no lamps on the end tables and everything was very dusty. I had to ask housekeeping to get me a vacuum and I vacuumed the room myself. the baseboard areas were awful, and the roller blind on the window was broken.

The Worst Manager ever seen in my life Rude full of Rudeness like I am staying there for free please don’t stay in this hotel even they give you for free
