Az igényeinknek megfelelő, kényelmes.

A reggeli választéka kielégítő. A környék csendes. A felszálló gépek zaja sem zavaró.

A reggelinél többször későn töltötték fel a fogyó ételeket, evőeszközöket. A reptérhez közeli, de a belvároshoz távoli a hely. Helyi busszal is fél óra minimum a bejutás.

All in all, a positive exoerience

Great hotel with a lovely outside terrace on the waterfront. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable rooms with all amenities.

We had to wait for some room keys until 4pm on the arrival days of our groups which is not acceptable

Ottima posizione rispetto all'aeroporto. Camere spaziose e pulite, ottimo bagno. Colazione molto ricca e ristorante la sera gradevole, con piatti semplici ma ben cucinati. Personale molto attento, rapido.

Fine place to stay prior to morning flight from Brussels.

Close to airport. Shuttle was very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was just a place to stay the night before our flight home to the US, and it filled that role perfectly adequately.

The staff in the restaurant is not on the level of the otherwise good hotel.

Good breakfast! Receptionists are always ready to help you. The shuttle is very convenient.

The staff in the restaurant calculated my beer twice. Take a newspaper with you for dinner - a 30min interval between the salad and the steak + 30 min somebody to prepare the final bill. And the restaurant was not full.

It a great hotel to have a stay over especially when you are in transit.

I had only a night at the hotel because I had to catch my connecting flight the next morning. But the hotel, bed and food was to my expectation.

I spend 10 hours at the hotel only and there is nothing that I would say that I didn't like because everything was fine. Staff were helpfull, Rooms were comfortable and food was good.

Agréable et reposant.

Petit déjeuner copieux et impeccable, choix et qualité un vrai délice. Chambre spacieuse et bien située aucun bruit parasite, très confortable.

Difficile de comprendre comment fonctionne les interrupteurs pour l’éclairage. Prévoir un petit mode d’emploi pour le chauffage car pas facile de s'y retrouver avec la télécommande.

Lovely workers nice and relaxed stay.

Super clean, lovely food and staff were exceptional

Nothing in particular apart from the fire drill practice which we didn’t get informed about and having just had surgery was a little bit of a pain trying to get outside however that’s no one’s fault just must’ve missed a few rooms out with the notice

Good hotel for 1 night stay

Location as the name of the hotel suggests - close to the airport so as always there are pros and cons. Pros - no need to mention, cons - noise of planes which take off very frequently. You can close the window and turn on aircon if the noise is really bugging you.

See above but that is understood - but to complain about the noise when the hotel is near the airport is like complaining that that a wasp stings... it's just the way things are...

Quality rooms, close to the airport.

Close to the airport for connections to other cities. Breakfast was able to cater for my gluten free and non dairy needs-thank you.

Due to delays, our airline put us overnight into the Holiday Inn and included dinner and breakfast. We were too late for dinner as the kitchen had closed but went to the bar and bought a bottle of wine (€40!) Within 10 mins, we were asked to leave the bar as it was closing and had to sit in the lobby. We hadn’t been told this when we bought the wine! Many fellow passengers were stranded here and it is disappointing (as hotel guests) that they couldn’t stay open long enough for us to finish our wine at 11pm and could have offered crisps/nuts.

Heel fijn!

Heerlijk hotel met hele vriendelijke mensen. De kamer is zo ruim, de bedden slapen lekker (zacht) en het ontbijt is top. Wij slapen hier altijd als we een vlucht vanuit Nederland hebben en parkeren hier de auto.

Very bad

We had a room booked for 4 people, 2 adult and 2 children, we received a room with 2 beds and only one was made, after calling the reception I was told that the room keeping does not work at 8pm, I argued that I need a place for my kids to sleeps and they gave me a blanket and two pillows without a sheet and argued that that’s what they have. The bad mattress was filthy with stains all over and I found my self walking all over the hotel looking for a sheet to let my children sleep in the bad. Extremely negative experience and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing Gym and amazing restaurant. Service is very nice and comfortable. Complimentary mini-bar at our room.
