Difficult time (attending a funeral) made much easier with the slick operation of the hotel

Only one chef on duty and they managed to cater for our group of eleven and the food was hot and tasty. Serving staff were fantastic and helpful.

A friendly hotel with an excellent breakfast.

Room was clean. Breakfast very good. Check in time good.

Room faced motorway and was very noisy. It was hard to get a table for breakfast.

Convenient location for visit to family. Clean and spacious rooms. Good accessible room with plenty of space. Food choices good but nothing amazing. Breakfast had issues with them running out of stock - semi skimmed milk. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make guest experience excellent

Looking little tired around the edges. Could do with a spruce up. But it was clean just a bit shabby. We had kids on our floor and early in morning they were running up and down corridors which was annoying. Knocking on doors because they didn’t know which room they were staying in.

Better than expected, we will be using you again.

the staff were all lovely from the minute we arrived. Very friendly and smiling all the time and checking in we needed anything. Very accomodating for our dog who also enjoyed her stay. Great pet friendly location, able to walk the dog outside the hotel.

Man being very ill in the room above us waking us up at 4am but this was beyond the control of the hotel

Better to avoid

Due to meeting nearby I would like to say location, however next to motorway, very noisy.

Under the bed were crumbs and dirt, cleaners clearly cutting corners! One staff member with disabled badge parked in EV bay 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫. Staff lack training and I was unable to get dinner bill inspite of asking to consolidate with room.

Good clean reasonably priced hotel

We were given a quiet room overlooking the car park. The room was spacious & clean & had everything you would need (apart from biscuits 🤣) with a comfy bed. Good shower room design. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. The hotel is situated on the canal but is quite isolated.

The room we were given first was overlooking the busy motorway & hence very noisy with traffic. It also had an adjoining door to the next room which we don't like. Food is hit & miss but we did have a very good pizza one night.
