Great stay! Loved everything about the place, but it might not be for everyone.

Room was very well decorated, very clean, felt like a nice cosy hotel room. Loved the kettle and tea and coffee in the room. Toilet was nice and clean, really appreciate the shampoo provided. Location was easy to find although google maps might lead you to the wrong house, but easy to figure out where the actual house is by the number.

A bit of noise from neighbours/housemates, not sure which side the noise was coming from. First two nights it was just TV sounds from 10pm til around 1am, which didn’t bother me because I sleep late anyways. Third night they had people over so it was a lot of loud talking, occasional shouting til 3am, wasn’t really bothered either because I was up doing some work, but would be worth taking into account if you are an early and light sleeper.

Neat and clean property that is value for money.

Neat and clean property. Good security. Hassle-free check-in process. Very cosy.

Bathroom did not have heating.

I hate it and I never recommend this place

Nothing

Location is wrong I booked this place as of the location. Booking com fix this problem .Owner and other workers didnt help us at all . It was frozen cold inside . No contact with me while I complain

Burnley

Ease of check in and communication with the owners were excellent. Comfy beds and netflix to chill unlike most places only having Freeview

The kitchen is shared and was a mess when we stayed. Be nice having a kettle in the rooms.

2 night stay.

Clean property. Well presented room. Netflix on TV. Fair price.

Conflicting initial description of the room. It says entire house but it is shared with 2 other rooms and I wasn't allowed to cancel my booking.. Couldn't use the Netflix one night as too many people using it. Shared kitchen, kettles in the room would have been a big bonus.
