Excellent

Cet hôtel est très propre et les chambres sont faites très correctement tous les jours. C'est appréciable !

Il manque un restaurant pour déjeuner et dîner, afin de ne pas être contraint de sortir. Surtout quand on est en déplacement professionnel.

J’ai très mal dormi

La chambre est grande et confortable. Les équipements sont corrects à part la clim qui ne fonctionne pas .

J’ai très mal dormi: - climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait chaud et moite - a 03h du matin l’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée durant 10 min - les rideaux ne sont pas occultants et on attendait le trafic très tôt

No air-conditioning!

Close to train station, walking distance to town center. Friendly responsive staff. Comfortable size room, good breakfast.

No air-conditioning in the hotel throughout our stay. Could not sleep with the window opened due to traffic noise (we were lucky to get a rickety fan to provide air circulation) .

Très bon séjour à Toulon

Hôtel très bien tenu, le personnel est très bien, à l'écoute, le petit-déjeuner très bon. Très bien placé à Toulon, à 2 pas de la gare et du centre

Le personnel , le calme a part le vent. ….

Chambre très chaude Clim ne fonctionne pas . Hôtel à prêté un ventilateur mais pas top. Dans l’annonce sur Booking.com était marqué restaurant dans l’hôtel et c’était la raison de mon choix , mais pas de restaurant ……

L’heure du coucher de notre première nuit, nous avons constaté que l’État que les draps étaient tacher de pipi et que Les drap n’avait pas été changé de se fête là, nous avons écourté notre séjour de plus impossible de dormir dans cette hôtel mal insonorisé. Trop de bruit petit déjeuner catastrophique et insipide pour un 5

Our stay was only over night and we would not consider a longer stay.

The staff was nice and helpful.

The air conditioning was very hard to operate. Our room had a very bad smell coming from the shower drain. There was a bar area, but no bartender on duty during the weekend. The restaurant was closed e cent for breakfast.

Will nit come to the same hotel again. It needs some improvement

Location was not bad and room was clean

Very small and dirty pool. No restaurant or bar for dinner. Bad wifi connection in the room. Small breakfast selection. Service not good enough for such a hotel

Breakfast was good

The level of cleaning was sloppy. One day there was plastic waste from a toilet paper package in the bathroom sink. The glasses were not changed to clean ones even once during the three days and floora very dusty. The pool area is very small and in poor condition. Less than 10 sunbeds and some of them broken. The pool shower broke one day. Hotel staff didn't speak very good english.

It was ok and for the price of the stay it is worth it if you’re only staying one or two nights. I wouldn’t recommend it

The staff was really friendly and very helpful. It is close to the train station and there are buses going to the Morillon beach with easy access. There was a pool at the hotel which was very nice because you didn’t have to feel stressed about making it to the beach everyday. Specially in the heat wave!

The bed was super hard. My back hurt already after the first night and by the 5th night I threw my back and couldn’t move. The breakfast didn’t have much options and it could’ve been a better selection.

Great staff and location!

The staff was extremely nice throughout our stay, thank you for making our stay a pleasant experience! Location of the hotel is also very nice and shops, fashion street, bars and restaurants are at a 10 min distance.

Decent location for dockyard workers

Kind and friendly staff.

Wifi was difficult to connect too, seemed to drop out when I was around my desk, I had to use my personal hotspot most of the time.

The size of the room and the cleanliness of the hotel. Eve at reception was extremely helpful and was able to point out the best places to visit in Toulon.

Good value, clean, modern, good staff.

Decent value breakfast in spacious bright room with outdoor space. Private underground secure parking with direct access into hotel very welcome. Whole hotel clean and modern.

We arrived late , about 11.30, understandably well after restaurant closed. Nothing ( sandwich, snacks) to eat available from cabinet in reception.
