Schönes Hotel mit leichten Macken beim Personal.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Tolle Lage direkt an der Veltins Arena.

Das Personal war freundlich aber leicht unorganisiert. Was mich wirklich geärgert hat, dass man für den Platz in der Tiefgarage doppelt kassiert hat, da die Dame beim Check ihn zwar kassierte, aber das nicht vermerkt hat. Also in Zukunft Zahlung nur gegen Quittung!!!!

Kühlschrank kühlte nicht richtig,und das Rienigen der Zimmer was nicht jeden Tag gemacht wird.

Feel discriminated in so many ways they don't know how to treat customers

At the reception, during both the check in and check out process they asked me to pay. I kindly told them I already paid through the website but they kept insisting it was only a guarantee payment. Again, I explained the situation and showed them valid proof of the successful. They seem to not care about the mentioned proof and made me feel so uncomfortable and discriminated cause I'm a foreigner. Any foreigner should think twice before booking in that terrible place. They finally gave me the access room card while trying to give some instructions to enter like if I didn't know how to use that card. In short, discrimination and poor customer service.

Overall it was good and would like to stay there again in the future.

Breakfast was really good with many options. The coffee machine was excellent! The standard room was spacious and the lighting was fairly good. Location was great too. It was close to supermarket and restaurants (3 min. drive).

The cleaning could’ve been done better. Under the toiletseat was not cleaned at all and had stains of urine. I’m sure this was a one-time case only cause the rest of the room was clean. Our showerhead was a bit broken so the water wasn’t evenly distributed. We only got one small bar soap for 2 nights. And the shampoo/body gel bottle was tiny! The floor on the room was uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. It was all carpet but you could feel some uneven spots underneat.

A nice hotel!

This hotel is spacious and clean. The breakfast was also decent and good. The view from upper floors was breathtaking!

A bit pricey, but it compensates ti the whole stay.

Reasonable priced hotel close to the football ground and the surrounding areas.

We went to watch a football match and the hotel was very, very conveniently located, only 5 mins away from the ground. Breakfast choice was good. Room a little bit cold. Unfortunately the bed was not so comfortable, but that’s because I have a firmer mattress at home. All in all, it was worth it. Parking was also a bonus.

Very clean and nice staff, meals good to.

I'd booked this hotel for the gym and it wasn't very good at all. The car park ticket system is very outdated, you have to que to get your card validated to let you out the carpark, very bizarre and a pain if big que.

it was a really short stay with a late check in. Location was convenient with easy parking in front of the hotel, the room was very clean, a comfortable bed and a very strong shower. The continental breakfast at expected level in again, a clean / hygiene, restaurant.

fitness facility opened at 9am, which is after a normal start of the working day. Would be better is this could be offered 24/7.

Exceptional

The space, the booking and location was amazing. And the breakfast was wow.

This actually overblown my mind, as I had cancel a previously booked hotel to find the amazing hotel as 10.30 pm. I was just thinking just to come and sleep and leave the next day back to Paris, but couldn't resist booking extra night. Thank you STAY my stay was amazing. Standard and spacious.

Comfortable stay good value for money

Location was great. Quiet, rooms are comfortable, staff are friendly.

Rooms are dated, Booking.com doesn't mention that the Gym/sauna isn't working and hasn't been working due to covid, even though that is a poor excuse nowadays. This was disappointing since I booked the room for a week purely because it was advertised to have a gym.
