Geschichte und Gegenwart: gelungener und nachhaltiger Wechsel, von der Zeche zur top Dienstleistung.

Ausstattung gut, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich Toller Biergarten, interessanter Nordsternpark. Ambiente und Umgebung ergänzen sich

We were there because of the Nightwish concert in the Amphitheater. You can walk from the hotel to the beautiful venue. The hotel looks new and the staff is nice. There is an adjacent restaurant with decent food for decent prices. However the kitchen is slower than a snail on glue. Even after we told them we wanted to go to concert it still took an hour to get food. Nothing special either, 2 burgers and fries. After the concert my party and lots of other guests wanted a drink in the bar, but they had closed it because there was no one there... Duhhh.. everyone was at the concert which ended at 23:00hrs. They clearly have no clue about why people were there (the hotel is outside the town) and was fully booked on a Monday... closing the bar was just plain stupid.

Closed bar after concert, we were all hyped, no one was ready to go sleep at 11 pm after a concert.

Best in the area...

Nice and bright room, super comfortable bed, easy parking. Cosy lounge restaurant and bar attached to the Hotel and a nice terrace in the warmer weather.

We looked for a place near Veltins arena stadium for 1 night and that hotel was perfect

The rooms are very large and comfortable Breakfast was good and rich.

Quiet location on a weekend as its a business park, staff are always super nice and helpful, food always good. Great Greek (authentic Greek food) restaurant walking distance near by to.

Not really an issue, but parking can be busy if there is a function on at the hotel.

lovely surroundings and clean facilities nearest amphitheater

modern hotel with modern, functional and clean rooms. Loved the spacy shower and bathroom. comfy and cleanest bed and sheets! slippers at arrival. loved the room. helped me to relax a lot after a busy day!

The longing waiting time for food in the restaurant. plus mostly fried and lifeless food which I completely avoided after first try on first day. wasn’t even motivated to try breakfast either.

Comfy place right in the Nordsternpark

Comfortable room with modern fittings, very clean.

Room quickly gets hot at night, or rather cold with an ac on. Corridor very echoy, so can get loud.

Exceptionally comfortable

I travel a lot and spend a lot of nights in hotels - the bed in Heiner's Parkhotel was exceptionally comfortable, and I really appreciated the fact that I could open a window and get fresh air in instead of using the aircon.

Excellent room, great location, quiet stay & good food nearby :)

My room was superb! High quality interior. I loved it. The location next to Zeche Nordstern is also amazing. I took my bike with me and i discovered Bochum, Dortmund, G‘kirchen etc. The Restaurant is nice also. The room was very quiet and the passing trains didn‘t disturb me.

The temperature of the room was quite high.. 24 degrees. And the bedcover was a bit to short.

Good place to stay

Friendly staff, very good breakfest. Pleasent and comfortable bed with good set of cosmetics in bathroom.

Very poor access to mobile phone network inside building. Internet connection had problems with bandwich from time to time

Very nice

Quiet, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, very friendly staff, thoughtful room service, location is nice.

The towels probably used too much bleach and left some on, were very hard after touching water and my skin got really dry.

A very convenient and pleasant place to stay when in the area for work.

Rather complete breakfast, very nice rooms

Some more fruit at breakfast would be fine. Check-out procedure could be better (I couldn't get a printed invoice for my employer).
