Overall, loved our stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Central location, good variety of food served, staff are very courteous and respectful.

Rooms could do with modernising, but that’s just being picky.

Hotel bardzo sympatyczny, obsługa bardzo miła. Dostaliśmy bez żadnych opłat lepszy wieelki pokój na 64 piętrze, widoki były by mega, gdyby trochę brudne szyby :) Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra, blisko centrum, śniadanie smaczne. Polecam.

مكان الاقامه رائع ومناسب وقريب جدا من المترو وهو سهل جدا وعملي وللراحه احجز في الدرجه الذهبيه خصوصا المشوار لمول الامارات واكسبو الفندق اعجبني ماعدا المصاعد بطيئه جدا رغم ان عددها ٦ خصوصا فترة الصباح وبرروا ذلك بانه فترة الافطار ف المطعم

Excellent Stay with great view of SZR

The view from the room was impressive. and the room size was spacious. The menu at breakfast was OK. The fitness center is equipped well. The room dining menu needs to be improved. The information desk, reception, restaurant, security, fitness center, and room service staff were all supportive and cooperative. Every Staff member was supportive and always ready to help. This is a perfect place if you are required to stay near DIFC.

The room dining menu needs to be improved. We need to have a valet parking option. Internet connection feels weak sometimes, which needs to be improved. but overall connectivity is available.

מיקום טוב. סוויטה משפחתית מרווחת. האוכל וניהול חדר האוכל גרועים

מיקום מרכזי ונוח

האוכל על הפנים. הזמנו 4 מקומות (הורים+2 ילדים) בארוחת ערב יוקרתית בליל סילבסטר. שילמנו מעל אלף דירהם. הגענו בשעה 20:15 ולא נשאר אף סוג של בשר. התלוננתי בפני מנהל חדר האוכל, הביא לי מנת בשר אחרי כחצי שעה. החזרתי אותה כי הילדים היו שבעים ואני כבר לא היה לי תאבון. בבוקר התלוננתי בפני מנהל המלון והוא ניסה להזמין אותי לארוחת ערב רגילה. דחיתי אותה כי חשבתי שמגיע לי החזר על עוגמת הנפש בזה ששילמתי מעל אלף דרהם ואכלנו רק מרק וסלט. הרסו לי ולמשפחתי את ארוחת החג. בושה למלון ובושה למנהל כזה של המלון

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Das Engagement der Mitarbeiter ist super. Es wird einem immer geholfen, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Auch die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es wurde während des Aufenthalts mehrmals gefragt, ob im Zimmer alles in Ordnung ist. Der Pool ist sehr gut, wenn auch etwas kleiner. Wir haben ihn immer nur am Abend genutzt, da war auch nicht mehr viel los.

Das Essen an sich war von sehr guter Qualität, aber es gab zu wenig Abwechslung. Es gab quasi immer die selben Hauptkomponenten, die gleich zubereitet worden sind, nur mit einem anderen Geschmack. Größtes Problem sind die Fahrstühle. Wenn man zeitlich etwas geplant hat, dann sollte man min. 5 Minuten Wartezeit für die Fahrstühle einplanen.

Appreciated the location and while normal breakfast room was being renovated substitute was adequate.

Location being close to metro station

Wasn’t asked if wanted smoking or non smoking and got smoking room when would have much rather had non smoking room. I guess I should’ve asked forgetting still have smoking rooms in Dubai.

Good but can be improved further

Room and location are excellent and very spacious..

Due to restaurant being renovated, the breakfast served is less than usual and is crowded and spread over two floors. This needs to be addressed. Also, Valet parking needs to be readded. Elevators take long time to come.

rose rayhaan was fabulous the staff the hotel the rooms the view the location everything fantastic. Raut at front desk Michael the security guard and Frances the house keeper absolute gems! we absolutely appreciate everything u guys did to make our stay comfortable we went with a 1 year old and 4 year old and they made the stay so memorable for us. we will def come back for more
