Perfect hotel, with a perfect view, with the perfect staff/service.

The entire experience at this hotel is 5 stars. The staff, the room, the breakfast, the rooftop bar/lounge with music, and drinks, and small bites, as the sun sets is perfection. Quite literally one of the best hotel experiences I have had. A+ to the entire team!

Excellent

Breakfast was excellent in terms of the food and setting.. The main resturant and rooftop bar are a must to include. All staff were amazing and really friendly. Loved the yoga sessions.

All good and transport to take to Sorrento was really well organised

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location

Don't know where to start! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, it was truly perfect. From the very beginning the staff were incredible, so welcoming and they went above & beyond to give us the best stay possible. The hotel is beautiful, well kept & completely spotless with great facilities. The location is great, close to Sorrento (mini bus shuttle offered aswell) but far enough out that it's quiet & relaxing and the sunset views were stunning. I cannot recommend the hotel enough, we loved it & can't wait to return.

Loved it

Breakfast was excellent with the best views of the whole Gulf of Napoli. The food offering was very good. They even offered eggs in many styles to your liking. The staff were exceptional. Rooms were a bit tight but very clean and look new. Bathroom although small but it had a shower WC and bidet and a wash sink. Best of all the bathroom has a window overlooking the sea or garden.

The location has the best views but it’s far from the center of town. Given the heat of the sun during summer, you have to take a car to town.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

Everything about this property was exceptional - it had a real boutique hotel feel to it! And the staff (Pina, in particular) were the friendliest, nicest people you could ever ask for. The rooms were gorgeous and the view from the balcony was well worth the upgrade. The bed was SO comfy. The rooftop bar is a must too. All in all, we couldn’t fault this hotel at all. You must stay here if you’re travelling to Sorrento.

Fantastic place . . . loved every minute of our stay!

It is truly a 5-star hotel from all aspects. The reception staff was very welcoming. Restaurant staff could not be any better. The pool and beach (free access) were fantastic. View from our room was fabulous. Room was very clean and comfortable, and the views from our balcony were superb. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had with many delicious selections from extensive buffet and ordering from the menu. Location was excellent. Their hospitality was exceptional. We will definitively go back.

Initially, we were surprised with the size of our room (much smaller than we expected); however, once you accept that's the way it is in Europe, it was no longer an issue for us.

Amazing!

Everything was absolutely amazing about our stay! Staff were very friendly and helped book a private boat trip to Capri for us & offered excellent suggestions on the best way to get to Positano and what to see & do. Breakfast was great, had a balcony table over looking the water every morning. The shuttle bus into town was very easy and often came more regularly than scheduled so never ended up waiting too long. Beach was nice however, it was extremely busy on the weekend as the lounges can be hired by the public and seemed a bit over run by loud kids when we visited so the pool was a better option at busy times. The hotel was very clean & had an excellent twice daily service. Couldn't rate this hotel & its staff any higher. We will definitely be back.

Hotel has absolutely beautiful views of the coast. Very picturesque. The restaurant in rooftop bar were top quality.

Hotel has absolutely beautiful views of the coast. Very picturesque. The restaurant and rooftop bar were top quality. The breakfast included in our fee was very high quality. They provide a shuttle every hour from hotel to the city Square, and back. The pool is quite large. There is also access to beach down below (most beaches in Sorrento don’t have sand, they have pebbles - FYI). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They arranged for us to rent scooters, and have a private boat tour experience. The only thing that would have made this hotel that is if you’re put heaven a little closer to the city center. But definitely a great hotel.

Perfect vacation in the amalfi coast

Incredible service and hospitality, nicely appointed and recently renovated rooms/common areas, rooms were a good size for a European hotel. Food was the best we had on our trip and not too expensive. We tried a couple restaurants outside of the hotel, but nothing really compared to the hotel restaurant so we ate most meals there. The breakfast was included and very generous. The pool area is an oasis and service is just as great there as everywhere else.

Couldn’t have wished for a better stay. It was Pure luxury.

emEverything about this hotel is pure luxury. we were greeted with such a warm happy welcome, explained all the hotel had to offer and taken to our rooms. The rooms were stunning, exceptionally clean and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The pool is a nice chilled area, again very clean and the bar staff are keen to wait on all customers. The food was amazing and of very high quality. We made great use of the free shuttle into town each day which made exploring easy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to vist Italy.
