Très bien situé

Chambre très spacieuse ! Hôtel très charmant et cocooning. L'espace piscine est très petit, nécessité de s'inscrire en amont car 4 places seulement... Mais cet endroit est très mignon. L'eau est rafraîchissante :) Service ménage chaque jours, ceci est très appréciable.

J'ai été surprise lors du CHEK OUT concernant le montant du que le parking 20euros par jours. Nous avions demandé un service de location de voiture via l'hôtel mais celui-ci ne nous a pas indiqué le supplément du parking... Surprise pas toujours agréable. Les chambres manquent d'isolation, le matin nous entendons tous ce qu'il se passe dans les couloirs et donc pas agréable ...

Beautiful tranquil stay in a great location

Great breakfast and room and location, staff were also really nice. Liked booking the pool.

It was super hot and the aircon didnt work. They had one working fan in the hotel that they ended up supplying for my last night.

Very comfortable stay within walking distance of all of Palma's main sights.

The room was spacious, although the bathroom was a little cosy. It was very quiet inside the Hotel and although there was a little street noise during the day it was quiet at night, allowing a good night sleep.

Whilst there was tea in the room there was no coffee making facilities. The shower was good but the toilet and wash basin seemed "crowded."

Great Hotel in

Staff were excellent, very friendly and gave us lots of information about the city eg where to eat, drink etc. The room was a good size, bigger than I expected and the bed was extremely comfortable. The towels were large and fluffy and the bed linen very good quality. The location of the hotel was super, in the Old Town close to everything.

There was some noise from the street outside our room but it didn’t cause us Amy real problem.

Tolle Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt von Palma. Super nettes und freundliches Personal, sowas habe ich selten erlebt. Die Zimmer sind nicht super groß, aber sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet.

Mir fällt nichts ein.

Wanted to like this hotel but it was just a disappointment. Find elsewhere.

The bed was comfortable. The location is quite central. We were offered a drink on arrival and storage of bags upon checkout.

The hotel is difficult to find, only accessible by stairs and down a lane way that stinks of urine. There is no elevator in the hotel to reach any level, except to the parking garage, which is annoying if you have luggage and a child. Our room was situated above the parking garage door, so whenever it opened or closed the sound of screeching metal filled the room. It was horrible. The bathroom drain was not attached. There are coffee and tea facilities in the room - BUT you need to go to reception to get the water to use them. This could be avoided by having the appliances filled and ready to use - or by simply supplying free bottled water for the guests. We wanted to use the pool and booked a time slot due to COVID regulations, which is great. But other guests were invited to be on the sun chairs in the pool area while we were there, which defeats the purpose of making the reservation. The blonde lady at the reception was rude and inhospitable. When we raised the points of our disappointing stay, there was no apology just a "we're fully booked" and a muttering under her breath as we walked away. She also touched our baby's face. This is normally pretty annoying, but just stupid and unacceptable in present corona times.

Lovely boutique hotel but.......

Lovely location and style of hotel.

Guests are allowed to congregate in the courtyard till early hours (i.e till 3:30am in our experience) to make enough noise to keep many guests awake. Most bedrooms overlook the courtyard, so just be aware if you like unbroken sleep.

Very good

Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Dimitry on reception and Nico, the barman. Very good, central location and the bed was very comfortable.

The bar closed at 9pm. It would have been nice to have a nightcap in the bar after we had been out for dinner but this was not possible. Coffee and tea in the room were not replenished on the second day.

Superb

The rooms interior design was delightful and super nice. The size of the room was much bigger than expected and I would definately come back. The staff were always so friendly and helpful.

The beds were not very comfortable, the mattress was much too hard and not cozy at all. It could be remedied with a simple mattress topper. I also had to change rooms when I got there because the room smelled of sewer and toilet but the staff were very quick to help me change rooms.

The hotel over delivered in every capacity and we thoroughly enjoyed our night in Palma

Staff were very help and friendly and we were fortunate to be able to checkin early. The room was warm, comfortable with an excellent en suite shower room. The breakfast was extremely good for such a small boutique urban hotel with a very wide range and choice - all very fresh too. The ambiance of the reception and bar area was very nice together with the furnishings. Finally the location couldn’t have been better

Beautiful but thin walls :(

This hotel is beautiful, the staff were so friendly and welcoming!! Breakfast food was such good quality (no idea why there’s complaints about the options!!) good location in terms of being very central

Sadly the walls were paper thin and we were woken up each morning at 6am to the sound of the streets being jetwashed so we have come home very tired 😞 we would return in a heartbeat if it wasn’t for this! We could also hear people in the rooms around us when they appeared to be talking quietly. Unsure if it was just our room but sadly ruined it for us
