Excellent séjour

Très belle chambre avec un beau balcon et une vue sur la piscine et la mer. Le petit déjeuner très copieux avec une très belle variété et pour tous les goûts. Un accès avec ligne 4 pour le centre de Palma. Très bien desservi.

Beautiful view!

Excellent staff. Sea view was amazing! Breakfast was very good. Balcony was a good size.

Some outdated furniture in hallways. Balcony light coming apart. But these were little things that didn't matter.

Poor Staff Attitude

Close proximity to the beach Nice balcony views Good selection at breakfast Bus stop to Palma is 2 mins away and about a 20 minute ride

I was thrown out of the pool because I was wearing a black nylon running t-shirt which was to stop me from getting sunburn. I have to be careful in the sun with my skin. The staff member involved went to great lengths to get me removed from the pool and was pointing and talking about me in Spanish to the staff at reception. It was like I had committed the crime of the century.. Overpriced hotel for what it is.

Priceless family holidays

Staying at Be Live Experience Costa Palma was terrific. The cost/benefit is priceless. The location, a stone's throw from Cala Major beach, makes it an incredible hotel for the family. We were able to enjoy an excellent buffet for breakfast and lunch. In the mornings, the terrace near the pool opens for breakfast. While in the evenings, the main dining room is prepared as a luxury restaurant for meals. The swimming pool is refreshing, with lifeguards, restrooms, multiple levels, and lounge areas with umbrellas. The hotel has an excellent towel rental service with replenishment for the beach and pool. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, with a full bathroom, a large closet with a safe, TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony; almost all have a view of the beach. The reception has spacious rooms with good sofas, and the bar service is friendly and comforting. In addition, it has a charming VIP room with a piano. The staff was wonderful. I appreciate the almost personalized communication with my son; they were very generous and kind. My family was delighted, hoping to return another time.

Indeed, the hotel met all of our expectations and more. But it would have been wonderful to also have the spa service (sauna, jacuzzi, and massages) without going to the other nearby hotel.

Unfulfilled potential

Amazing food (both breakfast and dinner), nice location close to the beach; elegant and comfortable room.

The whole experience was mediocre at best because of the hotel staff. The receptionists were excellent; however, everyone else in the hotel looked like they hated tourists and they didn't hesitate to show that attitude. We did NOT need any special treatment, but the staff did not even say "hello" back. Also note that the hotel has modern rooms and dining area - everything else, however, looked dated, and especially the corridors deserve reconstruction.

Loved the location, beach at doorstep, buses a 5 minute walk, staff great.

Reception staff were very helpful. Location is fantastic, right on the beach. Buffet meal for breakfast was great. Restaurant staff were efficient and friendly.

The dinner meal for Saturday evening was not as good as the previous evenings, for our taste, but could have met others tastes.

Overall everything was good, especially the breakfast.

The location and the breakfast was absolutely the highlight of the hotel. Oh, and we went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. And the hotel administrators surprised us with a bottle of prosecco and cake :) I will never forget this kindness.

It might be a bit overpriced for my opinion. But I don’t know the other hotel prices to make a fair comparison.

The location was excellent. Next to the beach and bus station. The room was clean and the stuff cleaned it every day.

The variety of the food can be bigger. There were a lot of choices, but the same every day. So after a few days it was not attractive.

The hotel is very close to the beach and from the balcony is possible to have the view of the sea. Staff was nice

The hotel is very far from how it shows over the pictures. Everything is quite degraded, the walls and the building is in terrible conditions, the room inside is also in degraded and looks terrible. Inside the room the smell was not good. Fridge not working. There is basically no place where to put clothes (there is one very small wardrobe with only one shelve). Tents were broken and dirty. Killed 2 cockroches while being in the room. AC partially working. Wifi is intermittent and several times is not working. Part of the food was okay, other part not extremely good and some of it was visibly old and in bad conditions

Very poor

The location was awesome, breakfast was delicious! We had ants in our bathroom and our closet, the cleaning lady stole some of my clothes, I told the girl at the reception but she said I was lying. Obviously i couldn’t prove anything, just my word against hers. I was disappointed, but I couldn’t afford to change hotels!

Wonderful experience!

The location is unbeatable, and the Cala Major beach is beautiful. The staff was very friendly too, specially Raquel at the front desk, such a sweetheart.

The carpeted floor in the aisles connecting the elevators to the rooms has seen better days.

Exceptional

Room with sea view is completely stunning 😍 You fall asleep with sea sound... Stuff is happy and very lovely people. This is definetly the right place to stay for rest and chill and I hope I'm gonna back there 😉 I would recommend take all inclusive then you don't have to eat lunch outside couse dinner time is late. Just a few steps to the beach❤️ and nice bar for food or drinks. Really really beautiful place💘

very nice sea view from the balcony, 2 min walk to the Cala major beach 👍 had a relaxing vacation here

the cleaning lady was trying to come in the room for cleaning at 9am 🙀🙀 we were shocked when we heard someone opening our door… since we were not ready to wake up so early, the room was not cleaned up during our stay. But you can ask for clean towels from the lady.

this is the only hotel I stay with no kettle in the room, and they only give you 1 bottle of drink water on first day. N

The location and nice breakfast

the house keeping of the room is not clean , the sand is still on the floor after cleaning and no refill the shower gel for us . we are staying for 4 nights it only give 50ml shower gel .
