Absolutely discussed and disappointed.

Not much, reception not at all welcoming in fact extremely rude. Suggest ed HE was our elder and couldn’t take our cases up the stairs (no lift). We are both his senior….very disappointed and insulted by his behaviour. If I hadn’t already paid was extremely tempted we forgo the cost and go elsewhere.

Everything, no lift and fire escape non existent.

Ok for one night, but the single room in the attic spaces, did not inspire.

Good location with excellent on-site parking

Single room right at the top of the house had sloping roof structures everywhere except above the bed, so it was difficult to stand up straight. The shower was not at all powerful and getting wet involved moving around beneath the inadequate spray pattern.

Close to town centre and good value family room.

Great location, 5 mins walk to town centre. Owners welcoming and friendly. Family room was a good size and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay.

The decor is a little outdated but it is comfortable and functional so no problem at all.

The room was warm and the bed was comfortable.

There are no breakfast facilities. The breakfast pack was very minimal. it didn’t contain fruit, just muesli and biscuits and a small carton of orange juice.

Fabulous find, friendly staff, very clean, great free parking and close to Salisbury. We will definitely return.

Riom was tiny. Shower and toilet in cupboard. Too claustraphobic to sleep in .

Perfectly adequate for our needs which were to meet, and see the attractions in Salisbury,

Friendly and helpful staff. Room and ensuite very clean.

No communal room.

Very convenient

Location was good for us. Size of rooms good.

Everything is very tired. My bed creaked a lot and my sons bed collapsed. Advertised larger television than my son had in his room.

Lovely, clean Lodge with a nice short walk into the centre of town

A really convenient location a short walk in to town and off a main road, so easy to find. Right next to a park and bus routes. Really lovely, polite staff. We had a room on the top floor, which was very hot in the unusually warm weather. Thankfully, the Lodge had provided us with two fans, so we were able to keep cool and sleep well. The rooms were extremely clean, and very well presented.

It was a shame that there was no breakfast included, as the Lodge even had a dining room where we could have eaten, but it wasn't much of a problem as we could easily walk into the centre to get food.
