Great location and restaurant

The location of the hotel is great, right on Connaught Place, one of the main commercial area of Delhi. The staff, both at the restaurant and at the reception, has always been very helpful and kind. The room was very clean, AC working perfectly.

For the price I paid (almost the same amount I would have paid in Italy for a single room) I would have expected something more; the establishment was quite old and the room quite small. I just moved in another hotel for the same price and it's completely another world. But maybe in Delhi the quality in hotels is poor.

Clean but noisy, well situated

Great location also to the airport. Clean and good breakfast.

Rooms are in the same floor as the restaurant, during evenings the place is noisy and smelly. Apparently the restaurant is good, we didn’t try. Reception is in the second floor, without lobby.

Really good place to stay

Very friendly and helpful stuff, nice room and bathroom. Very good restraunt, really recommend for the indian dishes.

Convenient, great breakfast.

The location of this hotel is really good. The breakfast had both western and Indian options, both of which were good. They had fresh juice and coffee and made eggs to order. Rooms were pretty modern and clean. Staff was helpful and cheerful.

our room was right beside the restaurant and the walls were very thin. It was quite loud.

The cleanness, the location is great, the staff. The breakfast also.

Our room was near the lobby and was a little noisy. The staff offered another, but we decided not to change as it was only a few meters further.u

It was surprisingly good and a great place to start our trip to India.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the on site restaurant was very good.

Best value for money in CP

The location. Cannot be more within the buzz of CP. Its better than many run of the mill, so called 5 star properties in Delhi. Clean, adequate and lovely staff.

Nothing really. A minibar or just a fridge could be great ( or was it there and i missed it?)

Location is very good, near to metro station and dining places. Room is clean and staff is very helpful. I requested for early checkin and they were very accommodating. Breakfast is really good as well.

washroom is little small but it’s clean and manageable.

Excellent location, great facilities, friendly staff

Amazing location, very comfortable and clean and with all the expected facilities. Also they very kindly let us check in early (around 4 hours before normal check in) but said this was only due to room availability.

The hot water went off briefly one morning as I was about to take a shower. The staff assured me it was only off for around 30 mins so maybe I was a bit unlucky. Also I think breakfast could start earlier (say around 7 instead of 7:30). We had a day trip to Agra planned and would like to have started earlier.

Good cost benefit!

I can say the breakfast is good, but there is always room for improvement. They could increase the variety. (However, if you require something, they might be able to prepare on their kitchen). The location is good, facilities are good and staff is good, too. I am from Brazil and I found this hotel on a blog. I am glad with my choice.

They can improve the cleaning of the toilets, that is my only observation for the hotel. They were not bad, but there is room for improvement!

Pillow: tooooo hard, loudness of other guests while no one from the reception cares. Its an old building and need some renovations but it was a very good stay!

Great location and good quality accommodation

Outstanding location. Decent check-in, not the most friendly. Rooms are generous in size, and well furnished. Strong airconditioning. Great locks. Comfortable bed and good linen. Decent breakfast. Surrounded by hundreds of choices for food!

They ought to fix the exhaust of their restaurant. One enters the reception to a strong smell of kebabs. My room smelt of cigarettes. Reception staff could be more forthcoming with information when asked a question.
