Ubicación y atención de primera

La ubicación y la atwnción. Tener toallas limpias y agua cada dia, colgadas de la puerta al llegar por la tarde a la habitación es lo que debería ser el estandar en todos los hoteles. 100% recomendado

Great stay with a cosy room

Great position for Kyoto Station

The hot food for breakfast was only warm The milk for hot drinks in the room were in a pack with sugar and stirring stick, a little wasteful if you only require milk

京都に行ったらまた泊まりたい

駅から近くて、チェックイン前にも後にも荷物を預かっていただけるのが有難い。 2泊したのですが、タオル交換をお願いする札（？）がドアの内側にあったのに気づかず、観光から戻ってから気づき、ホールにいらしたスタッフの方にお願いしたら快くタオル交換してださった。

以前にも利用させていただいて良かったので、また京都に行ったら泊まりたい。

駅からも近く、チェックイン前もチェックイン後も荷物を預かってもらえて有り難かった。部屋も一人では十分な広さで、きれいで快適だった。

Por ser considerado hotel 4 * esperava mais . Localização muito boa ,próximo ao centro e a estação de trens. Achei as acomodações muito apertado, mal distribuído.

It’s good for short stay

It was good distance from station and during walk, it was flat so didn’t have any issues to walk to the hotel. Between hotel and station, there was shopping centre so we could buy some souvenirs and more. Breakfast was good variety of food for me.

Très bien situé, près d’une gare de la Yamanote Line et près de plusieurs stations de métro. Le personnel parle anglais et est très accueillant.

The names of Daiwa Roynet properties near JR Kyoto are confusing. I ended up trying to check in to the wrong location, and wasted a lot of time.

Awesome hotel

Good location near Kyoto station on the non busy side. Staff were extremely helpful in storing our luggage and helping us get checked in early. Breakfast was also very tasty with a good variety. Rooms very comfortable too.

Very much enjoyed our stay!

the location of the hotel was very convenient as it only down the street from main Kyoto station. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though we arrived early before our checkin. The room itself was spacious and clean- we were lucky enough to get a room in the highest level with the best view of Kyoto tower. My partner and I could not fault anything from our stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kyoto- Hachijoguchi

The front staff were so rude, that it ruined the entirety of my stay. I was furious to be told that I needed proof of vaccination or I would be charged ¥4,000. He blamed booking.com for the problem, it doesn't seem right to change the price at the last minute. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, I will never stay with them ever again.

We are very pleased that we selected this hotel.

The location was excellent. The hotel was very close to the Shinkansen, JR and subway tracks. The bathroom was large enough to maneuver the wheelchair in. Breakfast was sufficient for us. It was not as large a selection as perhaps at more expensive hotels but we enjoyed everything that we ate and were very satisfied with the selections.

This is a problem throughout Japan and not necessarily only with the hotel. Bathroom wall rails for wheelchair persons is normally placed on the left side of the toilet. My husband is paralyzed on his left side so finds it difficult to stand with the rail on the left. Toilets, also, are generally low and small. However, the bathroom at Daiwa Roynet Hotel-Kyoto Hachijoguchi is commendable for its size. Many bathrooms at hotels and ryokans in Japan, although listed as being wheelchair accessible, are too small for maneuvering a wheelchair in.

The hotel was easy to get to from Kyoto station and also it is close to Kujo subway station (about 5 minutes walk to each from the hotel). The hotel and room was very clean. There are some convenient stores outside of the hotel. Breakfast was adequate. Checking in and out was very simple.

Superb

Great location about 3-4 minute walk from Kyoto station with parking! It allowed us to drive to Kyoto (pay a reasonable amount for overnight parking) and take the train while in town.
