Comfortable stay, energetic & helpful host, we had a wonderful time spending our time in Zadar, final leg of our tra

we are a family of 3 and we had all the facilities for a comfortable 2 days stay at the apartment- in terms taking rest, socialising, cooking .. ! The host were very helpful in giving us tips & guidance to to us on how we can make best use of our time … & it helped for us whether it is finding the nearest beach, shopping market & for the travel to the city center 😊

Amazing place

Markov family are just amazing.Made me feel so comfortable.my kid and I were happy with our stay.the location is amazing close to the beach and bus station.many supermarkets around.i definitely recommend the place

Simply perfect

Matija is a great, kind and caring owner. He’s also offered us some chocolate/banana crepes that were delicius The room was clean and there is also a parking for free, and it was full of all the comfort and stuff. 10/10 will return.

The family Markov were very kind, they even cooked for us one night so we could taste what they had done. The location is excelent, 2 blocks away from the best beach.

The host family was extremely welcoming and nice. The communication was very easy, they provided helpful information about the Zadar as well. We also received pancakes one morning which were delicious. The apartment itself is exactly as on the pictures, and was also very clean. Highly recommended!

The apartment was big and comfortable. The owners were very nice and helpful.

The bedroom is on the second floor without AC at that floor (the AC is on the first floor). It’s impossible to sleep there at summer time. In addition, there was a bed smell in the apartment and specifically in the bathroom.

The apartment looks great, it’s very clean, location is great, very close to the beach. The apartment has well equipped kitchen, AC, fridge, everything you need. Owners were super friendly, lovely people and are happy to help with anything they can.

Superb

The host were very friendly towards us and one day they also prepared for us some crepes, there are some good restaurants and cocktails bar near the house and the nearest beach is big and not very crowded. The house is also fully prepared for cooking ,macking coffee and tea

The owners are extremly helpful and caring (providing an aperitive, maps, advice about Zadar and even brought some pancakes one day) The apartment is nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable. It is located just 2 minutes walking from the nearest beach, and within walking distance there are nice beaches and restaurants/bars.

Property is very easy reachable with car and there is private parking. It's 2 minutes walking distance from beautiful beaches. It's very close to Zadar old town. Rooms are very large compared to other apartments we stayed in. Apartment was very clean. Hosts are available for any information and help. Great value for money. I highly recommend it and we will be back definitely.

An experience worth repeating.

Everything was superb. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the hosts were extremely friendly. We were warmly welcomed and even received sweets during or stay. Matija and Liljana were very helpful as well and gave us a lot of info about the city and the bus routes, they even let us borrow a few of their personal kitchen utensils! It was hands down the best apartment experience we had so far while traveling. A lot of love from Belgium! Hvala vam puno na svemu, Diklo nam nedostaje! Srdačan pozdrav, Ingrid i Florian.

There was nothing to complain about, everything was great. Would definitely recommend!

Good low-budget accommodations with great, super-friendly hosts.

Really nice owners and overall a nice little place with everything you’d need for a pleasant few days. It was late October so it was pretty quiet- I imagine there’s a lot more going on in the area during the summer months.

There was a feint smell coming from the bathroom most of the time I was there. Hard to tell if it was food from upstairs or something less pleasant but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

A perfect place by the sea

The property is situated in a very comfortable place. The hosts are very lovely and hospitable. It’s clean and simple. It was our first trip with the baby and the place fit perfectly well. The bed was large and super comfortable, the hosts were very helpful and assisting. We fell in n love with the place and will definitely come back.

We had a noisy selfish couple of neighbours who were doing their private things too loud. But luckily the problem was solved.

The Perfect Location

This apartment was perfect for me from various aspects: - location close to the shop, beach and but in a quiet environment during the night - very good equipped kitchen with storage rooms, so I could cook every day (important for us me coz on special diet) - elegant, comfortable furniture and spacious apartment, which makes you enjoy your stay even more -patio terasse with a roof so i could eat in the fresh air - there was even hair blowdryer in the bathroom so I could make my hair look normal after swimming in the sea :) i did not use TV, washing machine, aircondition but you have it the apartment(washing mashine upon request I guess) -lovely owner, very charming and kind, the lady owner makes wonderful baked pastry and pancakes! Delivered to your door! Definately will be back!

Great location

I would highly recommend this property. First of all, the hosts are really kind and helpful. The apartments are clean. The location is more than great because after 3 minutes walk you arrive to the closest beach. I especially recommend it for people who are looking for a real vacation, away from crowd and loud noises. All in all, the value you get goes beyond the price you pay.
