Alojamiento rural con mucho encanto

Alojamjento fabuloso, personal muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar y asesorarte con cualquier duda, muy bien ubicado para visitar la isla, pueblo con encanto y con bastante oferta de restauración, el mercadillo de los miércoles genial.

Todo fue positivo, nada que objetar.

A perfect location in the heart of the town. Lots to explore locally and the market is a must.

Good continental breakfast with plenty of meats, cheeses, tomatoes, fruit, yogurt, coffee and excellent breads. On our first day we sat outside and watched the market (10meters away) come to life.

As an old building (now refurbished in great style), the water supply and drainage is obviously old.

The quiet villa nestled in a small Spanish village , is perfect for couples looking a slower pace .... its central to the island which makes everywhere easy to acces by train ... I would highly recommend Son Cleda

A good stay

Property is 30mins away from the main city Palma. The town of Sineu is very quiet and next to the hotel are very good restaurants if you do not wish to drive to another location to enjoy a good meal. Property is very clean and has air conditioning in the rooms, which works very well. It also has a lift and a good simple breakfast. Parking was never a problem as there is a parking in front of the hotel.

Although it is listed as a hotel, this is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast. Reception is only open in the morning and no one is available in the afternoon or during the night if something happens. It does not have a restaurant or bar open. These were always closed. So if someone is looking for an actual hotel this is not it. Although room was very clean and beds were always made, towels used (which were left on the floor) were not changed but re hanged. This was noticed since after a full day enjoying Mallorca we returned back and towels were still wet from our morning shower. When we messaged the hotel, since no staff is at the property, no reply was given. No apology was given by the management or staff. We asked for 2 towels to the cleaning lady in the morning and were given. Beds are very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good very simple but was taken as it was included in the price. Do not recommend to pay for the breakfast as it is very simple and you can take breakfast from one of the restaurants next to the hotel for less money.

Perfect location for exploring the island. Everything was perfect. The hosts are very kind and available. The hotel is impeccably clean (on a daily basis), spacious rooms and bathrooms. We will definitely come back to Son Cleda.

spacious room, good train connection to Palma

housekeeper ! she through away our food without permission ! she moved our luggage and our stuff from its original location, just because she didn’t like my pareo on a chair or my sandals on the floor or my solid shampoo on the tub or my solid soap on the washbasin . it was very frustrating, because every time we coming back after “her” visit something was hidden or moved or thrown away

amazing stay and location

Amazing stay, we really enjoyed our time here! the location is amazing, in a very lovely town with so many great restaurants and a great base for day trips around the island. the rooms are lovely and very clean. would 100% recommend and stay again!

The place is in the heart of the small town of Sineu. Besides being a central location highly convenient for navigating and exploring the island, it offers an unique opportunity to be emersed in the local authentic culture and lifestyle. You will discover that Sineu is a small community with it's events as are Wednesday's market, football matches and live guitar concerts. Catina is a super host. She helped us a lot during our stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. If we'd have to choose again we would not think twice. We'd choose Son Cleda and stay longer.

It is located in the centre of the town, close to everything. It is in the middle of any event happening in town, so you get to experience up close all the fairs and the street celebrations. Close to the bus station of you plan on going to Palma or another town. The owner is lovely, respectful and accommodating to your needs. I loved it.

Location is superb!! My ETA was a bit messed up but that wasn't a problem. I was met with a smile and check in was a breeze. My room was clean and comfortable. Very happy to have chosen Son Cleda for my trip.

The entrance was a bit dark. But it was off season. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room and the main shower was a bit "drippy"

Perfect holiday

The welcome from the owner Catiana was warm and friendly. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice. The room and location were ideal for getting around the island easily.

The perfect stay!

The Staff is very friendly and helpful, easy communication, location is PERFECT, room and beds are super comfy, super clean. Basically you just feel like home, I hope to come back soon and will highly recommend to friends.

Decent accomodations in Sineu

Nice location in center of town with a lot of Cafes and restaurants nearby, everything working fine, kind owner, no hidden taxes. Everything as advertised.

Too many stairs, smell is not nice, need to carry 2 keys, need always to close front door by yourself, because often there is nobody in hotel, warm water in shower requires 5 minutes to pump through the pipes, so you could shower not with cold water.

the location was perfect, in the heart of the town. It was our first visit to Mallorca and the location was perfect to move around the island. Our hostess Tatiana was wonderfull

We would like have like to have hot alternatives for breakfast, in the 15th days we spent there.

Very nice place

Catalina was very very friendly, we did not have problems with anything. The check in very easy, on time. Always clean sheets and towels, everything works. Interior is tasteful and nice.

The factor completely non dependent to hotel is noise of the location. Church bells and general noise of the neighbourhood. If you have ear plugs, you are saved.
