AMAZING! I would stay again without a doubt! I loved the aircon, the bed sizes and also the view wat

The property was amazing! I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was great and fit for purpose. The beds were big and comfy. The aircon in each room was amazing! The kitchen was large and great to use.

The only stink thing were the little ants hanging around in the kitchen when food was left out. Another thing I wished was that there was wifi at the house where you dont have to pay extra for the hotspot. Other than that, its such an amazing place to stay!!!

Brilliant place

All the comments from Susan earlier are correct and more. This is the perfect place to stay with a family. We loved it, the bed are extremely comfortable and everything was spotless, I recommend to anyone. We will stay there again if it wasn't for the roosters who cannot shut up day and night!!!!! They keep competing each other for hours on end..... cue the first hour, horrible after that. The third day you do not hear them as much, but after a week, it is coming back with a vegreance.

Very spacious for 6 adults,clean and not to far out of town

Could’ve been better with a washing line seeing there’s no dryer. Beach was rocky no good for swimming good for Kina 🤤

Brilliant Location and clean/tidy

Villas were right on the waterfront , clean and tidy with all the modcons . BBQ supplied . Reef is very close and we were able to swim out past the reef at low tide and very safe with no strong currents. Very quiet as these villas are on the quiet side of the island so no tourists except for us. 10 min walk into Avarua. Able to see Humpback whales every day

Beautiful outlook straight over the ocean. Modern and spacious. Close to Avarua

Probably wouldn’t stay again with young children - not really child friendly safety and facilities wise, but very lovely. Tops of fridges etc and kitchen cupboard doors etc could do with a deep clean.

The only issue we had was the new basin/cabinet in the main bathroom not being finished after newly installed and my family members having two items of clothing ruined as a result

A super convenient location, excellent view of the ocean on your doorstep: We will miss Ocean Spray

The location right on the edge of the ocean is just beautiful as is falling asleep listening to the sound of the ocean. The close proximity to Avarua and that you can just walk in if you choose is very convenient.

My only negative was that a couple of nights barking dogs in the neighbours property in the middle of the night kept us awake for a long time making our quality of sleep very poor those nights which is a shame as the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

It had a stunning view, was very clean and modern. had everything you could want from a self catering villa

it wasnt possible to swim there were a lot of ants and little insects in one of the bedrooms we had to use a lot of fly spray

Amazing stay in an amazing location, didn’t want to leave

The location was amazing and the view from the deck was exceptional. The villa setup was so good for our family with the 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms meant we all had our own space. The villa was beautifully presented and the staff cleaning and running them were so easy to deal with and nothing was a problem.

Only feedback I’d give is we were in villa 1 and we had wooden deck railings which restricted the view when sitting on the deck were as villa 2 had glass railings

Great family accommodation with spectacular ocean views

The location was excellent right on the beach with unobstructed views of the water. We had breakfast on the verandah and saw a humpback whale right out in front of us, amazing. Lovely villa, tidy and functional with loads of space ideal for a family or couples. Close to town, but away from the bustle. We will be back.

I now have a floor plan for my next house. Lovely spacious villa..

The location. The villa was impressive , very spacious and airy. Walking distance to Avarua and restaurants. Very quiet and I believe very good value for a family who wished to do a bit of self catering. Loved it.

My wife swam every day in the lagoon but it is not the best area for swimming and snorkeling. This is a very minor quibble as most people would probably rent a car and explore the island for more popular spots.

Really wonderful and hoping to make this an annual time.

The view was amazing and the space was great. Sarah was very helpful and lovely.

My only suggestion would be to add a water bowl by the steps to wash your feet off.

beachfront location - literally the sea coming under the villa was awesome! clean, modern facilities, close to town and hosts were very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended!

no heatpump in main living area, however we had a nice seabreeze through the front ranchslider, and all rooms had heatpumps.
