Lovely stay

Room was lovely and the bathroom was very clean. Loved the code number access system.

Very little space between the bed and the wall to walk through. Didn’t see a staff member the whole time

Wonderful stay

The hotel was in the heart of Nice, everything on the door step: the beach, the sites, bars and restaurants. The manager was very helpful to accommodate us for an extra night. Great kitchen area was available with fridge lockers and free tea and coffee. Safe free of charge. Rooms clean and spacious.

넓은 공용주방(커피 무한제공), 열쇠가 달린 개별 냉장고, 좋은 위치

뷰가 에어컨 실외기 옆 옥상뷰+앞건물 공사장 뷰임(최악) 특히 실외기들이 모여있는 곳 바로 옆 창문이라 하루종일 실외기 웅웅거리는 시끄러운 울림소리 때문에 토할지경. 노모를 모시고 온 숙소였는데 너무 불편하고 좁고 시끄럽고 뷰까지 엉망.

Definitely book!

Great hotel. We loved the idea of the shared kitchen so we could cook ourselves. It was fun and social too.

Smoking in the front door, so smoke came right up to the lobby area and kitchen.

No service, do not recommend

The location is very good

DO NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE OF THE VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF!! THEY DON’T PROVIDE THE SERVICES THEY PROMISED ON THE BOOKING PAGE The staff is very unfriendly and didn’t provide any service. On booking.com was mentioned there should be an airconditioning in the room. However, this was not there. In stead of understand our problem (since it was 25 degrees in the room) the staff told me it wasn’t hot in the room over the phone (which can’t be felt through the phone) and that we should open a window. We opened the window, but it is very noisy in the streets (partying people and garbage trucks. Also, the neighbours across the streets could look into our room when we had the window open. After two days of contacting the staff, I gave up calling and messaging them. They don’t clean the room or give fresh towels during your stay. On the booking page was also mentioned there should be breakfast, but this also wasn’t correct.

Séjour très agréable

L'emplacement est parfait, à deux pas de la plage, des restaurants et du vieux Nice, du tramway.15 mn à pied de la gare.Personnel agréable et donnant des explicationssur le fonctionnement. Une cuisine est à disposition, café thé chocolat offert. Des réfrigérateurs avec clé sont disponibles. Codes et cartes por accéder. Produits de douche et savon. Soucieux de l écologie serviettes changées tous les 3 jours ou payant si on veut plus souvent. Des rideaux et volets. Je reviendrais.

Chambre un peu petite pour deux. Pour 6 nuits un petit coup d aspirateur aurait été bienvenue. Prévoir tri des poubelles en cuisine. Chambre bruyante sur rue : livraison, nettoyage. Touristes bruyant. Si on ferme la fenêtre ça va. La moquette partout pourrait être remplacée par du parquet au moins dans les chambres

При нашето посещение асансьора не работеше, което беше малко неприятно. Вентилацията не работеше на охлаждане и бяхме принудени да спим на отворен прозорец. В следствие на това имахме постоянен носещ се аромат от съседния ресторант и нашествието от комари

Assolutamente consigliabile per i luoghi,il mare,la luce.Per quanto riguarda la struttura,tornerei volentieri se si riso

La struttura è bella e in una posizione centrale.

Il disservizio. L’ascensore fuori uso,quindi il dover fare le scale con la valigia salendo e scendendo è stato molto pesante. Alla richiesta di aiuto,tramite mail,per il bagaglio non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. I servizi in camera: bisognerebbe avvisare al momento della prenotazione che sono inesistenti,sia per la pulizia che per il cambio di biancheria. Tali servizi,se richiesti,sono costi aggiuntivi. La reception virtuale può andar bene fino ad un certo punto,un minimo di contatto con il cliente penso ci dovrebbe essere.

Best place to stay in Nice!!

Everything about the hotel, location, service, we absolutely loved it!!! It was our first time in Nice and we are so glad we chose Residence Share Inn for our stay! The shared kitchen was AMAZING! always clean, full of supplies and the options for coffee, hot chocolate were a bonus! If we ever visit Nice again, we are surely to stay here!! Theres a huge market right below which has everything from restaurants, to shopping, souvenirs! The service of the entire staff was great as well!! Not to mention, only a couple mins walk from Promenade de Anglais!! The kids spent every day by the water and loved it!!

The building overall could use some renos to bring it a little up to date but other than that its great!

The perfect place to stay for sightseeing!

I found it quite easy to find the hotel from the tram station and the self check-in easy to do. The location was ideal for sightseeing and there were plenty of restaurants on either side of the hotel to eat in. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable to sleep on. In the communal kitchen there were individual refrigerators with locks on that guests could use. This is something I had not come across before, but I thought it was a good idea. I really liked the coffee machine which was free to use at any time of the day!

Absolute Empfehlung für Städtereisende

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: Strand, Hafen, S-Bahn und Bahnhof sind allesamt gut fußläufig zu erreichen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es zudem etliche (!) Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte und auch Shoppinggeschäfte zum Einkaufen. Dadurch ist es bspw. auch überhaupt nicht weiter schlimm, dass das Hotel selbst über kein Essensangebot (Frühstück etc.) verfügt. Die Mitarbeiter sind wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-In und Check-Out funktionieren aber jeweils sogar kontaktlos (man bekommt vor der Anreise einen Zahlencode mitgeteilt, mit der man während des Aufenthalts sowohl die Eingangstür als auch die Zimmertür öffnen kann). Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel also nur empfehlen.

Ein Verbesserungspunkt wäre eine Steckdose im Badezimmer anzubringen. Hier gibt es leider keine einzige (Der Haartrockner ist fest in der Wand verbaut). Um aber z.B. ein Glätteisen oder einen elektrischen Rasierer benutzen zu können, würde man einen Stromanschluss benötigen. Eventuell könnte man hier - je nachdem ob es die Bauart zulässt - noch eine Stockdose nachrüsten. Dann wäre (aus meiner Sicht) wirklich alles super und perfekt

Excellent location, near to the Promenade, as well as to the Old City. Room was at the ground floor, quiet, large enough for a couple. Bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom. Kitchen had all facilities to prepare your food and enough tables not to get crowded.

There wasn't a fridge in the room, only shared refrigerators in the kitchen.

Exelent location, staff was very friendly, rooms were big enough, free hot chocolate/coffee and a hotel provides a fully functional kitchen what was fantastic.

Cleanless of the shower, uncomfortable mattresses and the air conditioning that stopped working a day before our leaving and our last night was roasting.

It was a nice and fun stay

The hotel is located at the centrum of nice. You only need to take a few minutes to the old town, the beach or the train station. The Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and available for questions any time. Using the kitchen for free is also very practically. We had a nice vacation and looking forward to stay here again.
