Mandala es un lugar mágico

Mandala es una absoluta maravilla para viajeros, me encanto la energía que se siente en este lugar, el equipo todos son muy amables, limpia las instalaciones, yoga meditación, gran lugar para conectar con uno mismo, está increíble el hostel

Mandala Yoga Hostel es increíble

Las instalaciones son increíbles, algo diferente de lo normal. El personal es muy atento y siempre están disponibles para ayudar, además que tienen clases de yoga y meditación. Es un buen lugar y mejor aún si necesitas un hostel cerca del aeropuerto.

Good place to meet good people

It was a narrow building, however it had 4 floors so you could get away from people easily if you need to get work done but at the same time it was easy to meet cool people

I feel like music could get a little annoying to work. Maybe a change of genre from time to time would be bad.

Il est indiqué qu'un concierge est présente 24h/24. Hostel choisi pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport mais au moment de partir pour prendre mon avion à 4h du matin, personne n'était là pour m'ouvrir la porte principale qui était fermée et qu'il n'était pas possible d'ouvrir de l'intérieur. J'étais donc enfermé. Plus d'une heure après mon départ supposé, quelqu'un vient enfin m'ouvrir. Résultat : avion raté et vacances gachées. A fuir de toute urgence

Mis mejores días en Bogotá

La atención del personal, en esos días de mi estadía se fue el agua en toda la ciudad de Bogotá y procuraron mantener todo limpio y nos proveyeron de agua limpia, pese a la contingencia. Nosotros estamos muy contentos con la atención y la buena disposición a mantener todo bien.

Me quedé muy poco tiempo en el hostal y me hubiese gustado estar más días para disfrutar de las clases de yoga y meditación.

Tranquilo y armonioso

Todo. La atención del personal siempre fue muy amable y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Mandala es un lugar muy tranquilo, de paz, meditación y de encontrarse con uno mismo. Las amenidades del lugar permiten descansar o trabajar en cualquier espacio del hostel. Quedo muy contenta con este lugar y definitivamente volveré

Schlechtestes Hostel in dem ich jemals war.

Nichts.

Sehr, sehr spirituelles Hostel, das muss man mögen. Es läuft die ganze Zeit komische Musik, überall stehen Kerzen und Kristalle. Es wird auf dem Dach mit undefinierbaren Texten gesungen. Auch getrommelt. Ich habe mich dadurch sehr unwohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lieblos. Es gab ungenießbaren Kaffee, trockenen Toast und ein Rührei. Es gibt ein Bad mit zwei Duschen. Allerdings kann man sich nur direkt in der Dusche umziehen. Es gibt keinerlei Privatsphäre um sich umzuziehen. Auch die Toiletten waren sehr klein. Kaum jemand an der Rezeption konnte Englisch. Touren die ausgehangen waren, wurden nicht mehr angeboten. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ein ganzes Stück entfernt. Extrem viel Abgase durch den lauten Verkehr in den Zimmern. Nach dem zweiten Tag viel das Wasser aus. Kam auch nach 24 h nicht wieder. Somit verließ ich das Hostel und war sehr erleichtert. Es wurde behauptet, in der ganzen Stadt sei kein Wasser vorhanden. Das stimmte aber nicht. Im Hotel (500m) entfernt gab es Wasser.

Manque de sérieux et de fiabilité

J'avais prit cet hôtel pour sa réception ouverte la nuit car j'arrivais en avion à 1 heure du matin. J'avais pris le soin de les prévenir par message de mon heure d'arrivée. Personne ne m'a jamais ouvert alors que j'ai sonné plusieurs fois et appelé par téléphone, pendant plus d'une heure. Je me suis retrouvée dehors seule de nuit dans une ville inconnue. J'ai eu de la chance que cela se termine bien pour moi. Ils ont été très indifférent en apprenant ma situation et ce sont à peine excusé. J'ai laissé beaucoup d'argent pour ne pas me retrouver à passer la nuit dehors.

Mandala Hostel and Yoga Center, un espacio para encontrarse y relajarse.

Mandala hostel ofrece un ambiente auténtico enfocado en practicas meditativas y yoga. El hostal es especial para personas que busquen un espacio espiritual lleno de paz. Habitaciones cómodas y camas impecables. El hostal también ofrece desayunos y opción vegana y gluten-free que me pareció lo máximo! Sobre todo esto, también el hostal ofrece clases de yoga, alineación de chakras y si tienes la oportunidad de quedarte un sábado, puedes ser parte de una hermosa ceremonia de fuego.

Haber dejado el lugar. Es muy especial.

A Gem of Yoga and Spirituality in Bogotá!

Mandala Yoga Hostel and Restaurant is an absolute Gem in Bogotá. The staff – travelers from all over the world - are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. The cozy and comfortable accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of travelling. The homemade vegan and vegetarian food served here is a delight. Sacred architecture and geometries create a unique and serene atmosphere with nice temples on the property. Daily Yoga sessions, workshops and ceremonies, including sacred fire and cacao ceremonies make the transformative experience perfectly. And the lovely playful cats living at Mandala are so cute. This place is a haven for those seeking spiritual growth, healing and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Great place to meet cool people & have a good time!

Lovely time spent here, the staff is cool, food is nice even tho I'm not vegetarian! Co-working space is very very accommodating, perfect place to Chill/Work at ... The terrace is nice as well, good location ... Fairly close to El Dorado Intl. Airport. There's is hot water which is nice (I'd say a plus) since Bogota it's a bit chilly. Lots of plants which makes the space way more appealing, suiting & confortable. Overall had some really nice quality time spend here, I would definitely come back & stay here if I see myself in Bogota, once again. Theres always nice music playing, sometimes some healing frequencies which I've been listening to as well on my own, so listening to it again at the hostel is cool.

Great location to reach the airport. Staff is really nice

The bathrooms smell and are old, plus they are not enough for the amount of people. There are cats and dogs and it's not written in the description, I like animals but I'm allergic and it was a bit annoying that the cats could enter the dormitory.

There is a lovely sense of community among staff and guests. They have a kitchen with a nice vegetarian menu, it was intriguing to try a veggie bandeja paisa. The cook was super sweet! There are some activities going on in the hostel for spirituality-oriented guests, although I didn't have time to take part in any of those.

Just a few blocks walk to the airport bus line. Not far from the bus terminal from other parts but be sure the cab turns on his meter and fo not pay extra if he produces an invoice! Friendly young staff.

Late May 2023. An interesting exercise in space management; like a doll's house. An example of how to cram everything into tiny spaces on several floors. Very kitsch! Best to sleep with your pack inside in your cassette-style bunk. Even though it was cold outside it got very HOT during the night with little or no air circulation. If you are a big person this is not for you as there is hardly room for two FLACOS to pass without bumping.

The hostel is really chilled and has a good atmosphere, great place to meet people. They let me store my bags there for a few days while I traveled and we're really helpful.

A place to remember

A place where one can truly feel at home, Mandala Hostel offers a unique experience of spirituality in the heart of Bogota. The place is beautiful, the three cats and their own little temples, the small and atmospheric corners and spaces for silence, the balconies and the cafe make Mandala Hostel stand out. The location is perfect for the Airport, the Bus station and the big park of Bogota, but even the central location doesn't mean you don't feel completely safe and in your own traveler bubble in the hostel. Also the beds were nice and offered plenty of privacy. The staff and the cafe were top notch.

The hostel is right on a busy street close the airport, so it can get quite noisy. Bring your ear plugs and you're good.

a unique, lovely hostel. there’s so much attention to detail and thought behind everything from the beautiful art on the wall to the nutritious food. i can tell that the owners truly care about this place and how it makes guests feel. the staff are helpful, funny and generous. joseph was especially kind to me😊. there’s a 24/7 desk so someone is always available if you need anything. there’s lots of communal spaces including a terrace which was chill. close to the bus terminal too which is helpful. thank you guys.
