Great hosts, fantastic breakfast, ideal location and good value for money.

Breakfast was excellent as always, huge portion with everything and more that you would expect in a full cooked breakfast. Owner and staff are very friendly and are more than happy to help with anything you need.

Mattress was too soft for our liking but can't please everyone.

Little hidden gem

Warm friendly welcome clean room with plenty tea coffee sugar and milk & biscuits and bottles of water in room comfy bed lovely big fluffy towels brilliant shower best breakfast in Blackpool huge full English tea coffee orange or apple juice lots of different cereals pancakes or croissants jam's or marmalade yogurts and lovely fresh fruit caz is a lovely man who can't do enough for you very honest as my Husband left his wallet in the room got a call as were driving back to Scotland to tell us his wallet was still in bedroom can't wait to return 😊

Good location for going to the pleasure Beach and far enough away from the pier for the noise not to affect you but still within walking distance.

ok but needs work if we were to go back

the owner gockay was very nice and friendly couldn’t do enough for you tried his very best ,pool table and bar were good! breakfast nice! free parking outside hotel! beds were quite comfy.

smelt funny, was very dated needed some work and tlc. the room was tiny for 5 people we felt trapped, the carpet was lifting and looked like it had not been hoovered ever! the stairs to get to the room were a killer and concerned me for fire issues! the shower was awful! generally the hotel just needs some work!

Disappointing, rooms not as advertised, would definitely avoid in the future

this property is not as advertised, rooms are dirty, damp, black mould in various areas around the room, run down and unsafe with exposed wires, holes in walls, broken toilet seat, stained sheets/mattresses. The bar area and restaurant however were clean and a large breakfast was provided

As above, owner seemed friendly the first night but abrupt and rude closing bar early second night

Welcoming host and pleasant staff, breakfast was fantastic.

Free off road parking and fantastic breakfast.

Room was a little on the small side and cold on arrival but acceptable for a short stay.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Can not do enough for you. Clean and warm rooms. Lovely sea view. Breakfast was perfect. Easy access to tram stop. Definately will stay there again. Thank you.

Nothing, what a poor excuse for a hotel, the first night, there was no t.v working, no shower, we booked in, we paid top dollar for a Deluxe room with a sea view, what a joke, plastic rotten panels on the windows, and the hotel said, what did we expect to sea, HELLO THE SEA, listen do not go to this place, its as rough as as a badgers, 7 flights of stairs no lift, oh listen if you want a nice break, give this one a miss, I have written confirmation, that they will pay me £105.00 back for cancellation, not a chance they will pay, having to go to small claims court, BE WARNED...

Not 5star but a good cheap and cheerful place to stay to make the most of Blackpool.

Location great for pleasure beach and lights,parking outside. Friendly/helpful staff . Good breakfast. Bar and pool table.

Mattress uncomfortable. Walls quite thin so could hear the people next door very loudly.

overall a lovely stay, would probably stay again 😊

location was great away from the hustle and bustle, tram stop right outside. the owner was lovely and really helpful. the room was ok, a little tlc needed but bed was comfy ,tea and coffee in room ,breakfast was amazing and good value for money😊

the only thing was the noisy neighbours in rooms above, could have been a bit quieter whist getting ready at 6-20am in the morning, it sounded like there was a herd of elephants up there and the walls are very thin so take ear plugs like I did incase of snorers😬
