Great location and convenient

Close to beach and local restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast could be better with more variety. It gets old after a couple of days.

This was a perfect relaxing vacation.

The property was right across the street from the beach, parking was on property and it had wonderful amenities including the private pool house and access to the beach.

There was not anything I didn’t like.

A scam - no amenities were available that we made our decisionour decision to stay based on.

Ok but for 213$ a night expect better sleep an pillows before a long drive the next day

The cleanliness

The uncomfortable bed, the cold indoor pool, and the fact we had a noise complaint for rolling the table and chair out to eat dinner at 850p

Best vacation ever

Great location! Across the street from Biscuits and Pxxx. Best place for breakfast.

Other guest leaving their dog in the room while out all night. Dog barked all night!

Very clean and great location.

Loved the accommodations and amenities in the room. Had everything you need to spend the evening away from home!

The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were not supportive.

I asked for a room with a view. I got a million dollar view.

Absolutely love this hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice buffet breakfast, polite and friendly staff. In a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby.

Séjour idéal en famille

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse offrant un grand confort même pour 4 personnes, cuisine très pratique, très agréable d’avoir un coin repas. Très confortable et très propre. La localisation idéale pour découvrir Outer Banks. Le petit-déjeuner de qualité notamment le café. Et le personnel extrêmement avenant.

Great stay with close access to the beach and restaurants.

The rooms were very spacious and clean.

The ac/heating unit could not be turned off. The fan ran all night despite the thermostat being set to off.

Great dog friendly stay-room was perfect for a couple

Great hotel, great location!

My wife and I visited OBX and stayed for the second time at the TownePlace suites Marriott and will come back again. The hotel is super clean, all the staff is very friendly and the stay was very pleasant. The beach is beautiful and the new tiki bar across the street from the hotel is a great addition with a small variety of foods and drinks, we enjoyed our stay very much and will be back in the spring!

Loved everything about the property the previous 2 visits.

We were unable to travel in on 8/31/23 due to advisory not to travel NC 12 related to hurricane. I spoke with Booking.com who stated they could not do anything with reservation (which is where it was made) and then messaged property to inquire about cancellation and no one has every responded.

I did not like that Breakfast option was very minimal for the daily rate of the hotel and breakfast was only 2 hours long.

Overall, my family and I had a great time. We will definitely be coming back and staying at the TownePlace .

I liked how how close we were to the beach. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly.

My only complaint will be that two days before leaving The indoor pool and gym area ran out of towels and the garbage was not taken out. It was extremely messy. Also, I wish they had more breakfast options for the kids like pancakes or waffles instead of just cereal.

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful area

The hotel is very clean, conveniently located to beach, restaurants, attractions, and shops. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good

The layout of the breakfast could be improved so the toasting area isn't at the beginning of the line. It slowed things down. Also, the price of the hotel is a lot! We knew it was a great place to stay so we paid it this year, but the prices on the Outer Banks are getting out of hand.

Would definitely stay again.

The layout of the pool and proximity to the beach were great, very easy walk across the street. Staff was super friendly!! Tiki hut and beach snacks/drinks were great to have poolside. The tiki staff were very nice also! So many good restaurants and ice cream places nearby.

Not too many people probably use the gym but I like to run in the morning and 3 out of 4 treadmills were wonky.
