Would not stay there again

The kitchen was well stocked. The couch was comfortable. There were two bathrooms. It is located in a great section of Kitty Hawk and I could walk to many things.

The way you get to the beach from the back row of units is ridiculous. You have to go down, cross the parking lot, go up and then find the walkway which was under construction. If you want to go another way you have to walk so far to get out of the parking lot as it is all fenced. The unit was not clean and I figured out after the front desk closed that I was given the wrong size sheets for my bed. The unit reeked of smoke even though it was no smoking.

We absolutely loved it here and cannot wait to go back!

I loved how close it was to the beach, the pool, and how clean and comfortable everything was.

Disappointing

Close to beach

The hotel forced us to switch rooms in the middle of our stay without notice in advance. Also, it's not clear how to get beach chairs and umbrellas.

Just what I was hoping for.

The view.

The light fixture was strobing in the bathroom. Housekeeping put in a work order on Sunday but it was not fixed during our visit.

Loved the location and the staff.

Ceiling in 10D by the entry is falling off on the kitchen counter Could sell more rental weeks if advertised the hot tub, ping pong table and volleyball court - specifically put picutres of them on the website

The resort was clean and spacious. The location was fantastic.

I enjoyed the location of the resort. The indoor pool and hot tub was a great feature considering the weather was cold and rainy when we were visiting. The condo was recently renovated and was a great size.

I wish the main bedroom had a king sized bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan to book next year!

The pool and hot tub and other amenities were wonderful! I love the Whirlpool Bathtub, and the shower heads in both tubs were excellent! The furniture was comfortable, and up-to-date. We lacked nothing in kitchen utensils or appliances. There were plenty of clean bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. We were told we did not have a room with a view of the ocean, but we're very much surprised to see looking out our front windows a beautiful view of the ocean.

The kitchen water faucet was difficult to turn off. The kitchen needed new dish towels and drying towels, as ours look very used, and faded.

Great stay!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location, ocean right out the back door! Make sure you get a pool view room- The rooms were okay clean, nothing huge. Staff was great, especially the maintenance/ground men working, SO NICE!! I would stay here again for sure!

The bathroom could use a deep clean and I wish there would have been a couple more towel sets.

Few ants kept appearing on countertop. Wall clock needs battery. Tub was too difficult to get into for 68 yr old with replacement hips.

we had a great time!

Convenient to get to! plenty of space ! Front deck with table chairs that we used every day for meals! The bedding is beach themed and so nice! we had everything we needed except liquid hand soap and cleaners like Windex, Lysol spray. Everything else was great!!!

Ok but NOT what we expected for 3k.

Location was ok Not beachside as expected.

Elevator was down. Our unit was on the 3rd floor. We found out the elevator was down for 2+ months prior, I have an 80 yr old mother. No one advised us of the situation. Room was dirty, we had to clean everything upon arrival.

The size of the apartment and location was good. Friendly staff amenities are nice! Comes equipped with everything u need, very quiet!
