really enjoyed our stay once we'd got over the initial issue with the keys.

it was a great room, very clean, with good provisions, the location was fantastic, the team was responsive.

the key box code provided in emails and all the correspondence we'd had didn't work. we had to call the emergency number, she suggested we needed to watch the video - which i had already. She finally decided to call the manager and then called us back to tell us that code had been changed. we were standing outside the apartment for ten minutes not sure if we'd be able to get in at all. luckily it all worked out but it was not ideal.

Clean but with an eggbox mattress

Great location for us, very close to underground stations and lots of choice for eating out. Close to Lidl and Tesco Express. Very clean and heating/underfloor heating all worked fine. Staff at the end of emails were really helpful. Very clear instructions.

The room is very much smaller than appears in the photographs and the 'sitting area' is two plastic chairs and a very small table tucked under the TV, which seemed to have a problem with it's speakers because it sounded very tinny. The bathroom whilst nicely fitted out and clean was tiny. We were on the top floor and I noticed there was zero obvious fire safety in place. I didn't see a fire extinguisher in the room or on any landings which is a bit of a concern when there is one entrance. The worst was the bed - you can feel every spring in the thin poor quality mattress - like sleeping on an eggbox my husband called it - it made for very uncomfortable sleeping - one of the priorities I would have thought for accommodation would have been to invest in good quality mattresses. This has not happened and has meant we wouldn't book any Concept Apartments again.

Casa completa, mas sem água quente no. Chuveiro.

Apartamento com tudo necessário para estadia, panelas, xicaras, fogão, geladeira. Etc...

O chuveiro simplesmente nao funcionou nenhum dia, no frio de 4°C tivemos que tomar banho gelado. Contactamos a proprietária que nos disse que o problema seria resolvido durante o dia, e de noite quando fomos tomar banho nao havia água quente ainda. Pagar cerca de 90 euros para nao ter nem um banho quente. Isso foi decepcionante.

Una garanzia per il vostro soggiorno a Londra.

Luminosità dell'appartamento, spazio della camera. Estrema pulizia e disponibilità di una vera e propria cucina, E' presente tutto il necessario per un soggiorno nella capitale londinese. Posizione spettacolare a 50 metri dalla fermata della metropolitana Warren Street.

Avrei gradito trovare una semplice bottiglia d'acqua. Problemi di regolazione della temperatura della doccia, risolti tempestivamente ( ancora prima della mia segnalazione , immagino quindi segnalati dall'inquilino precedente. ). Le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento specialmente con valige e borse e' problematico per le persone molto alte... in vari punti sono stato oobbligato a piegarmi. Sicuramente non accessibile a persone con mobilita' ridotta.

Camera con angolo cottura, perfettamente pulita .

Posizione eccezionale, letto molto comodo e camera silenziosa. Ottima la vicinanza alla fermata della metropolitana e tantissime soluzioni per la colazione e cena a pochi metri di distanza. Bagno piccolo, ma ordinato pulito e con una doccia di ampie dimensioni. Ho gradito il riscaldamento a pavimento. Consigliato

A peaceful, chilled space which was perfect to explore London from.

Simple, clean and comfortable. Lovely and warm and in such a great location. Transport links excellent.

Great location and in general nice and clean. But I lacked communication with the service and I couldn't get the room changed because the emergency line didn't respond to this kind of requests.

Ubicación ideal para visitar el centro de Londres

La ubicación con el metro de Warren street cerca es perfecta, los apartamentos limpios, cumple con las fotos que muestran, la zona es muy tranquila

Las horas de check in check out unidas a la falta de un sitio para dejar las maletas pueden hacerte pegar vueltas por londres cargado, El calentador nos dió problemas así que el agua caliente no funcionaba por dos dias, hablamos con el alojamiento y al final se arregló.

Amazing

The apartment is in a really good location. The tube is 1 mins away and its in a cute little street full of good places to eat. The street is really silent not so many cars, they cant really go through cause its a dead end. The apartment itself is clean and spacious. I would deffinetley come back here.

Theres a gap between the door and the floor so if you like to sleep for longer make sure you bring earplugs cause the cleaning stuff likes to talk on the phone quite loud because they are using the hoover and the telephone at the same time.

Miglior posto mai visto a Londra! Impeccabile.

Appartamento meraviglioso a 1 minuto dalla metro in zona centrale e universitaria. Pulizia impeccabile. Cucina attrezzata e dotata di ogni comfort. Prodotti per igiene e bagno piccolo ma pulito e confortevole. Self check-in comodissimo e facile. Il mio miglior soggiorno a Londra in 18 anni! Tornerò di certo nei miei prossimi viaggi a Londra.

Acqua della doccia bollente o fredda, impossibile da miscelare. Temperatura dell'appartamento troppo alta nonostante termostato da noi staccato, impossibilità di aprire bene le finestre per areare l'ambiente. Oscuranti presenti ma non sufficienti a creare buio, problema per me ma non per tutti!

Good for what we needed.

Easy to get in, only 1 floor up, nice to have kitchenette. Great to have an Asian Supermarket across the street, and several other shops and restaurants just down the road. Perfect to have Subway station there too.

VERY warm in the apartment even with the windows open. Thankfully the little fan that was provided was very good. Sun also very bright when it came up on windows.

Perfect pad to explore London from,

Great location and very well presented and serviced apartment that’s excellent for short and long term stays in London. Great access to central London and very close to major travel hubs. Accessing and using the flats is effortless and staff are amazingly helpful

It’s clearly popular and is starting to show wear and tear and could do with a light spruce up / lick of paint. But that’s the only niggle :)

I liked the central location, although the street has great shops and food options, at night it's a bit sketchy. The cleanliness level is good, however, room cleaning is not included when you're staying for just 4 days.

Housekeeping is non-existent. It can't be called a Serviced Apartment if it's not serviced in any way unless you're staying over 8 nights. Bed and pillows are not comfortable. Side lamp light is of a different colour from all the other lights in the apartment. There is also only one lamp in the apartment and only two pillows. The cost per night is not cheap, and I would expect better services for the price we paid. Value for money is not good.

Very good apartment and service.

The accommodation, was extremely clean and well kept inside the apartment and outside in the communal areas. The entry was very simple and the instructions were clear, precise and user friendly. There were very good facilities too.

The mattress was the only disappointing thing around the whole stay, I believe it needs replacing as it has very pronounced springs you can feel. That was disappointing.

Very unpleasant surprise 10 hours after check out…

In spite of leaving the key in the key box , the staff sent us a mail at 8pm on Friday evening, claiming that the key was not returned and they have to replace the lock. Very conveniently the tel number in the mail , would only respond now on Monday. They didn’t try my tel no throughout the date , to discuss this matter. Very fishy behaviour.

Clean and comfy room, but questionable legal approach

Clean, good heating, fast internet, close to subway station, has everything you need for a short stay.

After you’ve booked and paid via Booking.com, they send you a link with an additional contract you must sign with financial penalties you have to accept for various things you could do wrong, such as that you must clean cups you’ve used yourself before you leave, and even with a later check-in time (booking said 2pm, contract then said 3pm). Legally it’s questionable to require customers who have already booked and paid here to sign a deviating contract afterwards before being admitted to the property. Didn’t feel right.

Although internet connection was rated at 9.4 on booking it was unbearable. I was getting this room with thought of doing remote work, but I wasn’t able to. Fortunately there was a Starbucks nearby that save me, but still - apartament did not meet my expectations

Great location, bring earplugs

The apartment is in a very central location. Good communication from the facility team making ease of access simple. The studio was very clean.

I would recommend earplugs as it's close to a very noisy road, making sleep a challenge. The mattress was a tad uncomfortable, and the WiFi kept dropping out.
