Gute Lage, schönes Hotel

Das Hotel war schön und komfortabel eingerichtet.

Beim Check-In mussten wir über 20 Minuten auf den Rezeptionen warten und am nächsten Tag hat die Hotelkarte nicht mehr funktioniert.

Gute Lage und Executive-Zimmer mit Roof-Top-Lounge sind ein Hit!

Ich finde speziell die Mitbenützung der Roof-Top-Lounge für die Executiv-Zimmer als herausragend. Diese ist (neben der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter:innen und neben der ausgezeichneten Lage) DER Grund, warum ich bei meinem zweiten Besuch WIEDER das Falkensteiner Hotel gewählt habe - und wieder wählen werde :)

Bei voller Auslastung des Hotels werden die Ruhebetten im Spa- und Wellnessbereich bald zu knapp - Gottseidank war das Wetter angenehm mild, sodass der Außenbereich dafür entschädigte. Die Parkplatz-Situation konnte ich durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die sogar bis Österreich reichen, preisgünstig und nachhaltig lösen :)

Einfach gesagt, der Aufenthalt war super.

Habe das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht, habe aber mal einen Blick in den Frühstücksraum gemacht, hat sehr ausgeschaut. Hervorragend ist die Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Zentrum.

Kann nichts negatives berichten.

Tolles Hotel!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel zu verbringen, und kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vom Moment der Ankunft an wurde ich herzlich empfangen, und der Service war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich wünschen kann. Besonders angenehm war das bequeme Bett und der wunderschöne Ausblick aus meinem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich – für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Auch das Hotelrestaurant hat mich mit seinen köstlichen Gerichten und dem freundlichen Personal überzeugt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit guten Verbindungen zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Team, das immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hatte und keine Mühe gescheut hat, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt und werde definitiv wiederkommen!

Simpático stopover em Bratislava

Bom pequeno almoço. Quartos muito confortaveis e espaçosos. Sauna e spa muito agradaveis.

Inicialmente, o quarto nao correspondeu ao que eu tinha reservado no booking. Mas perante a minha reclamação, o problema foi prontamente resolvido e deram-me um outro quarto.

Mieszkałem w hotelu tej sieci w Wiedniu i śniadania były lepsze - większy wybór i mniej monotonne

Przy zameldowaniu zapłaciłem za parking podziemny, a w następnych dniach miałem problem z zaparkowaniem samochodu, gdyż parking pod hotelem jest parkingiem ogólnie dostępnym. Ponadto parkowały tam duże suvy, które zajmowały więcej miejsca niż wydzielony pas. W mojej ocenie informacja w ofercie o parkingu hotelowym jest nieprawdziwa. Na pewno nie skorzystam już z oferty tego hotelu właśnie z powodu tej niedogodności oraz z powodu hałasu spowodowanego przez gości hotelowych wracających lub meldujących się w godzinach wczesnorannych.

Awesome location, outside the hotel there's an underpass that connects to Michael's Gate, walkable to major attractions, restaurants. Room was cleam and LOVELY breakfast with live egg station, staff were warm and friendly

- Very friendly staff. - Rooms have a mini-bar, free coffee, tea and water. - Various options of pillows to choose from. - Rooms get cleaned every day and the free coffee, tea and water is refilled. - You receive clean towels every day. - The free spa is awesome. Everything you need is there: dressing rooms, sauna, steam room, showers, relaxing area, rooftop lounge, cucumber/lemon water, fitness with view of Bratislava Castle. - Breakfast is delicious!

- The only negative is that the breakfast is the same each day. I'd have wished for more fruits. You could only get 2 pieces of melon, watermelon and pineapple in a closed jar. No other options.
