Location is central.

Great location. Concept is good, especially if you are bikebacking.

Noisy people and families staying over, disrespectful towards other people and no common sense. Unfortunately noise travels well through the main room ventilation system.

A nice hotel in a great location

The room itself was very good, it was spacious, with a big comfortable bed, a mini-fridge and a little terrace (where we had breakfast every morning). The bathroom was a good size and it was all very clean. There was also a very big wardrobe. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of the town, and not far from the castle and beach area. We had free parking and never had any problems finding a space. It was very easy to communicate with the owner/manager, and he was very helpful and friendly, he showed us around the communal kitchen and dining area and explained all the necessary things for entering the hotel and room (via a pin code). The hotel is decorated in a very modern way with nice artwork and a welcoming vibe. They had a washing machine we could use for free, something that came in very handy after two weeks of travelling around Estonia.

After the first day at the hotel, the cleaning staff hadn´t come to make up our room or change the towels etc... We ran out of toilet paper and had no clean towels the second day, when mentioning this to the owner, he said that if we wanted the cleaners to do that, we had to put a sign outside our door on the handle. Something that was a bit confusing for my wife and I as we have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and all of them do the opposite thing, if you don´t want the cleaners to come into your room, you put a sign on the door handle that says "do not disturb". On the second day (after putting the sign on the door asking them to bring clean towels etc...) When the cleaner left the room, they turned off the power button (a switch on the wall that says "when you check out, please turn off the power", and that stops electricity coming to the room), well, when we got back to the hotel in the evening, we found that all our food and drinks had been sitting in a warm fridge all day. We had ham, yoghurts, cheese etc inside, once again confusing, why would you provide a fridge, but turn off the power all day so it is unusable? The last problem we had was with the payment, the morning before arriving we received a message from the hotel saying that our credit card details needed to be updated otherwise we would lose our reservation, after talking to the owner and not being allowed to pay by card, we had to pay in cash, we had no problems with the hotels before Hotel NOSPA, or after, and our bank said it wasn´t a problem with the card, but with the hotel.

Великолепное месторасположение, в сердце города. Удобная парковка на территории отеля.

Раковина была засорена, вода застаивалась, невозможно было ни умыться, ни помыть фрукты. Холодильник очень плохо работал, подтекал и не охлаждал продукты.

Asukoht oli väga hea. Juhendid, kuidas sisse pääseda, samuti. Mõnus olemise ala. Toas oli külmkapp ja mõnus voodi, sh head valgustid voodi kõrval.

Toa uks ei olnud mürakindel, mis tähendas, et kõik helid olid tuppa kosta. Vannituba oli väsinud ilmega.

Clean and cosy room is all you need. Great location, close to all the cafes and restaurants so no worries for the breakfast, dinner or a night out.

One of our twin beds was noisy and a pillowcase was a bit worn out.
