Bland and no club facilities but charged for them!

The lounge.

The club rooms were basic and the mini bar not fully stocked. The club area was closed due to a refurbishment yet we were still charged full club room rates without the facilities, beverages, snacks or breakfast. Our room was very bland and certainly not of a five star standard for London.

Perfect staff interactions, made us feel good.

Great location and incredible staff, the staff were a real highlight for us. Every staff touch point was a pleasant experience.

Aufenthalt im Hotel war gut und sehr freundlich

Hatte Ärger wegen ihnen, Booking com, Reise wurde bereits 6.10. abgebucht aber nicht an Hotel weiter bezahlt !!!! Stornierung wäre bis 1 Tag vor Abreise möglich gewesen…. Vom Hotel wurde nochmals verbucht, so was habe ich noch nie erlebt, hat mir Ferien irgendwie verdorben. Ist das 2. mal, dass ich negative Erfahrungen mit Booking com mache …!!!

A lovely hotel, but there are much better hotels for a lot less money.

The room was clean and comfortable and had air conditioning.

The check-in process was too slow, only two people on the desk, with large queues forming. The hotel is over-priced for the facilities provided.

قرب موقع الفندق من اكثر المواقع السياحية وجود شطاف في بعض الغرف

Extremely disappointing

Our room smelled musty when we arrived. We alerted housekeeping. We had to go out for an event that evening in the great room downstairs. When we arrived back at 12.30 we could not enter the room and had to go to reception. We were then told we had to change rooms - AT THAT TIME. I have long-Covid and had booked into the same hotel as the event as I get very tired. But I may as well have booked a cheaper hotel elsewhere - it took over 30 mins to change rooms. In the new room there was half empty water bottles. All in all very poor. The staff at reception said they would remove the breakfast cost and service charge - we were both too tired to argue. Bearing in mind the cost of the room - and the terrible state of the room - I think they should have offered us a full refund

The location staff were super friendly, room size is good

First the complementary milk is in the fridge whenever I use it they don’t put new I called many times and they bring me one the rest of the days I didn’t call so they didn’t put any …. I payed through apple the deposit took around a month to be refunded to the account after several calls and correspondences

Es war gut aber von dem Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet

Service war sehr gut und die Lage auch

Das Hotel wurde renoviert aber noch nicht komplett. Die Dusche war sehr schwach und die Heizung war nicht gut. In unserem Zimmer war es kalt und wir haben eine zusätzliche elektrische Heizung bekommen

hotel très bien situé un bon séjour car en famille mais nus attendons mieux d'un tel hotel.

les toilettes étaient bouchées tous les jours. nous avions réservé 3 chambres quand nous sommes arrivées seulement 2 etaient enregistrées les 2 chambres qui devaient être de même catégories ne l'étaient pas notre chambre faisait le double de celle de mon fils et de sa femme. les chambres n'ont été disponible qu'à 18 heures sauf une !!!

Not the spectacular stay we hoped for

Superb afternoon tea

In this price range one should not expect less than perfect service and quality. Unfortunately most of the staff did live up to that expectation with many of them being in training. This leads to getting the standard process delivered without any of the 'wauw' elements that one should expect in such a high quality hotel. We asked for an additional bed for our daughter and the one we received was just below standards

excellent place to stay

Of course the front desk staff ( Anna, Gabrielle) very sweet staff and helpful. Also the room service crew especially Mrs. Sharifa, I appreciate her efforts and her crew.

We didn’t think the hotel was worth the money. The staff need more training on manners.

We asked on Friday afternoon when we checked in what time breakfast was at the following day and was told 6.30 am. When we went to the restaurant we were told it was open at 7 am. So we were given the wrong information by reception. For a hotel that charges £1065 a night and not to be given breakfast even as a takeaway and given the wrong Information was very poor. I have stayed in less up market hotels and have been given a better service.

We attended the negotiator awards. One of the security guards was very rude. The lady in question was very distinguishable, and if she worked for me, I would have sacked her. We went to the Grosvenor as we thought we would have gotten a certain level of care and service. This was very much lacking.
