Top: familiengeführtes, zugewandtes und freundliches Hotel. Wenn wieder Dortmund, dann hier!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Innenstadtring, die Innenstadt ist also super schnell zu erreichen. Der hauseigene Parkplatz ermöglichte trockenes Ein-/Ausladen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ihre Merkfähigkeit machte das stände Nennen der Zimmernummer überflüssig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, der Personal sehr aufmerksam und zugewandt. Der Saunabereich war neu und sehr sauber. Der Aufpreis von 5 EUR ist durchaus gerechtfertigt, Bademantel gab es an der Rezeption. Der Top-Hit war aber der Barmann, der uns sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich unterschiedliche Drinks empfohlen hat und uns gut unterhalten hat.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gestimmt.

Gute Lage, Personal war sehr freundlich.

Z.B. voller Aschenbecher auf dem Fensterbrett meines Badezimmers, kleine Baumängel….

good located Hotel, with friendly staff and clean rooms / good breakfast for a reasonable price

- the Hotel is very well located, only a 3 min walk to the city center - the staff of the Hotel is very kindly and professionell - breakfast is very good - room was big (deluxe room), clean and good equipped - next parking garage (bcs hotel parking is nearly all time full) is 3 min walk - if u drive an e-vehicle, there are 2 chargers in front of the Hotel

- hote parking all time full - book a silent room; bcs if u have a room to the road, than u can not open the window, there is a lot of noise during the night, bcs some crazy guys are "testing" their cars (police is not acting against) -

tolles, familiengeführtes Hotel in guter, zentraler Lage

super freundliches Personal! Wirklich jeder Mitarbeiter, von Rezeption über Service bis zum reinigungspersonal. Reichhaltiges frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer in der Deluxe Kategorie neu, modern und sauber. Sehr große Gin-Auswahl an der Bar. Parkplätze vorhanden. sehr zentrale Lage. Handgeschriebenes Willkommens-Schreiben im Zimmer. und natürlich die Hotelhunde Flora und Hanni 😃

die Lage ist etwas laut so dass schlafen mit offenem Fenster bei geräuschempfindlichen Menschen nicht möglich sein wird. Hinweis für Ausfahrtcode vom Parkplatz hätte schon beim Check-in ausgeteilt bzw. angesprochen werden können (nur als Hinweis zu verstehen).

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Sehr gutes Frühstück! Das Zimmer wae angemessen groß. Das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sehr gute zentrale Lage.

Das Einzige was man "bemängeln" kann, ist dass im Loungebereich keine Bar vorhanden ist und das Personal die Getränke durch das halbe Hotel tragen muss.

A decent choice.

The location is excellent. The staff is really helpful and keen to service any queries. Interesting concept, really sophisticated and lovely decorations. Lovely areas, bar, outside area, private spots. The restaurant area is beautiful and the breakfast was beyond standards. The room was spacious with a great view, the double bed quite comfortable and the amenities ok. I loved the shoe cleaning machine.

Check-in was delayed for 30' because the room was not ready on time.. One of my towels had a stink, so I didn't use it. It wouldn't hurt if there were a couple of still water bottles in the room. A proper espresso coffee option, not from an auto machine should be available, instead of both the breakfast bench and the bar just having the same machine.

Empfehlenswert mit ein paar Einschränkungen.

Gute Lage, Innenstadt fussläufig erreichbar. Parken direkt im Haus.

Insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen, speziell Badezimmer hätte Renovierungsarbeiten nötig. Parkplätze begrenzt, auch nicht reservierbar.

Really helpful staff. Good carpark although you cant book and limited spaces. There is however parking outside the hotel. Great bar and wonderful breakfast

Nice staff, very friendly.

Nice staff, nice room. The was a fire the night before my arrival and I would have suggested a call before check in about the situation and the question if I would wanna stay or search another hotel. I had an business appointment and my client asked me if I „had a barbecue“ because I was smelling Smokey. Breakfast was not worth the money.
