Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel absolut unbefriedigend.

Die Wände und die Fenster sind nicht genügend isoliert, es ist viel zu laut für ein Fünf Stern Hotel. Keine Minibar!! Kein Koffer Service!! Das ist ein mittelmässiges vier Sterne Haus aber sicherlich kein fünf Stern Hotel!

Zimmer und Lage des Hotels sind sehr gut.

Essen im Restaurant mässig und überteuert. Service war ebenfalls bescheiden.

Hotel kann man sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und wurde ständig nachgefüllt! Die Brötchen für den Sonntag konnten frischer sein! Sonst war alles perfekt und weiter so!

A comfortable hotel with all the amenities, conveniently located in the heart of Hamburg.

Everything was expected and no negative surprise. I enjoyed nice views from my room on the 7th floor.

I could only access my room at 3:00 PM, which was quite inconvenient after a long journey. When I asked for a place to freshen up, I was directed to the public bathroom.

The location is wonderful and it is perfectly clean but I wasn’t satisfied with staff.

Location was perfect and it was so clean.

My card couldn’t activate the elevator to take me to my room’s floor and any time I wanted to go up I should ask one of the receptionist to activate it by their card.

Es gab während unseres Aufenthaltes kein geöffnetes Restaurant oder Bar im Hotel, zuerst hiess es weil es Wochende ist, dann sollte es am Diesnstag öffnen, danach Donnerstag, na ja für so ein Hotel nicht angebracht

Spitzenhotel in Spitzenlage in Hamburg, das seinem Anspruch voll gerecht wird !

Sehr komfortabel eingerichtetes Zimmer, gilt ebenso für die Betten. Luxuriöses, neues Bad, sehr geschmackvoll designed (wir sind allerdings auch von Superior-Zimmer zu einer Luxus-Suite aufgewertet worden). Außergewöhnlich reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Trotzdem der Frühstücksraum gut besucht war, angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre (das sticht deutlich ab zu anderen Hotels, wo es enger, lauter und gehetzter zugeht !). Außerdem sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (Empfang, Restaurant und auch Zimmerservice). Schneller Fahrstuhl, auch zu Rush-Zeiten am Morgen ! Lage ist optimal zur Erkundung der Innenstadt zu Fuß (Binnenalster, Landungsbrücken). Anfahrt per Pkw kein Problem, Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen !

Das Zimmer war gerade ganz neu eingerichtet, und es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem Duschwasserablauf (hier fehlte eine kleine Sperre, um zu verhindern, daß Duschwasser in das dahintergelegene Badezimmer läuft). Haben wir gemeldet und soll kurzfristig abgestellt werden

From building architecture, views outside the window, place in the city, food and staff attention to details during breakfast - to parking, everything was at 10 points. What's missing? Perhaps only the socket in the garage to charge the electric car :)

We stayed in the room 308 and the AC does not work properly... the room was too hot. The metro station is underground of the building, when the trains arrives you feel in the building. We stayed 2 nights, in the 2nd night they haven't delivered bottles of water and coffee (just when we arrived in the 1st day).

Air conditioning didn’t work. With serval attempt to fix it nothing seems to change. We were instructed to open the window to cool down

Fabulously kept and located hotel

Breakfasts were good, rooms very spacious, location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed between various attractions to visit. It's also right next to a metro station that'll take you to the central train station within about 2 stops. They were also happy to hold onto our luggage for the day until we had to leave for our flight, after checkout.

Excellent hotel, the renovation is working well and the new rooms are modern, spacious and clean.

I didnt have much time in the hotel. I did get an early check in and an offer for a paid upgrade to Superior room, which I took and dont regret. Very very nice room and spacious and bright bathroom.

I requested a taxi from the staff for the following morning, as I was leaving 05:10am, but she forget. The did try a replacement which eventually got me to the airport just in time. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN!
