Das Hotel ist sehr gut angebunden ueber den Fernbahnhof Dammtor und trotz der Innenstadtnaehe in einem schoenen bekannten Wohn- und Geschaeftsquartier situiert. Toplage! Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein interessantes Haus mit mehreren Hotels (je Etage)

Das Einzelzimmer war etwas kleiner als vermutet und das Duschzimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch sehr sauber und angenehm, wenn es micht immer ‚modern‘ sein muss.

Perfekte City location mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Das Team ist hochmotiviert. Unmögliches erledigt man dort sofort, Wunder dauern ein wenig. Alle sehr freundlich und herzlich.

Sehr gute, zentrale Unterkunft, wenn man ein paar Tage in Hamburg ist

Gute Lage, fußläufig in die Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr nettes Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer und tolles Frühstück.

Ein tolles erstes Adventswochenende!

Die Lage war perfekt, fußläufig zur Innenstadt und bequem mit S- und U-Bahn zu den Landungsbrücken. Zimmer ganz liebevoll eingerichtet, Betten sehr bequem, ganz neue Matratzen. Und das Frühstück war ganz toll, alles, was man benötigt, und auch hier ein gemütlicher und liebevoll eingerichteter Frühstücksraum. Perfekt für alle, die es authentisch mögen, und nicht so sehr den üblichen sterilen Businesshotelstil bevorzugen.

Hamburg ist halt teuer, wie jede Großstadt......

I had a great short stay here, the room was cosy and clean, the bed was big and exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's team is very kind and helpful. I didn't take breakfast as I was having one in the cafes not far from the hotel, there is a mini-bar, i didn't use it either as I was doing my small shopping at the Dammtor station, but I think it is useful in case of emergency. I was also impressed by how good the plumbing facilities were although the space between the sink and the door is quite limited but it was not a dealbreaker for me. And for those who are easily disturbed by the sounds: well, it is not a modern building, so obviously you might hear your neighbour closing the door or people walking upstairs but honestly I cannot get how it can be dramatic. The street is very very quiet, there is hardly a car passing loudly next to the building and you can hear birds singing in the morning. It is quiet. Overall, cannot wait to come back and thank you for hosting ! Vielen dank !

Perfect stay for us as a big group. We will gladly book with them again.

The building has lots of beautiful character. Very modern in deco, and spacious room and bathroom. Great when traveling with a big group. Super comfy beds. The room had everything you need, and if anything is missing, the very friendly staff will organize it. The place was very clean!
