Highly recommend the Auberge du Bois Prin for a stay in beautiful Chamonix!

I received a warm, friendly reception on arrival. The junior suite garden room was fantastic, with a lovely little garden sitting area and Mt. Blanc magnificently in view directly ahead. Comfortable bed, very clean. Very quiet. Restaurant and bar services were just as warm and nice. I had a lovely time and will definitely return.

The walk up the hill from Chamonix town centre....but it's good exercise! :)

Having stayed previously we were pleased that we rebooked.

Great breakfast, good selection. Fabulous evening meal. Staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Our dogs were made welcome. Very much appreciated being upgraded to a larger room

Small hotel not crowded, good food, friendly staff. Very good view of Mont Blanc

Walking from bus stop to hotel with big luggage through steep slope will be painful. Would be great if hotel could provide pick up service.

Fantastic property, amazing staff and location

absolutely superb property in a quiet Private neighborhood that is within walking distance to the Main Street and anything within Chamonix. loved the little attentions from the staff such as the complimentary home made goods available to enjoy in the afternoon.

Choose the wrong location. Living is learning.

The staff (that was available anyway) were amazing. The view is amazing.

Allegedly there’s a restaurant, but it was never available. There are NO, bars or restaurants anywhere near the place. It’s not an easy walk up or down from Main Street, so taxis necessary. Some will try to charge you 80-100€ for a few blocks.

Great service, incredible view.

Receptionists Laura and Julie were delightful - so friendly and helpful. The hot bath (basically a hot tub (without bubbles) and sauna outside in the snow, is the loveliest location for a hot tub that in have experienced in Europe. That view of Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc is pretty special.

There was a slightly odd eggy smell, which they were handling and can only assume was a one off.

Pleasant stay and fantastic service and food!

The property is away from the Chamonix town crowds sitting on the hill and looking straight at Mont Blanc, but only a short walk away from downtown and it’s quiet.

Magical and breathtaking views!

This hotel is beautiful and the views are amazing!! Our room was very comfortable and private. The hotel is away from downtown so it’s quiet but you’ll have a ten minute walk to get to the downtown area where you’ll find many restaurants and shops. The parking was also ver convenient and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

The coffee in the room is very different but thankfully we were able to get a cup of coffee from the restaurant without having to stay for breakfast.

Exceeded expectations in every way!

Stunning location overlooking Mount Blanc. Pleasant 10 minute stroll to town. Extremely friendly staff. Large comfortable room with garden terrace. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

Very poor

Bad experience with the hotel They have charged me at the day of arrival , and upon arrival they requested to charge again as they said that the process was declined, i have left my baggage at the reception then i went out to do all activities as it was only 1 day on chamonix for me , came back to hotel then they charged me again , staff were very inconvenient, no any staff worker after 9 even reception ! not recommended
